“ok so I was born and raised in the south and I've lived in Nevada for the last 3 years dyinggggg for some good chicken I miss zaxbys with a passion first day in oregon we stop in my wife and myself and I gotta say this chicken is so good I almost slapped my momma! The service here was great the young lady at the counter was a darlin sweet and never stopped moving so great work ethic on her and my praise goes out to the one feller in the back running the whole show my guy is a mvp give both of them a raise cause I'll be back ....alot I'm fat trust me A++++++!“

“I had waited about a half hour to go to the store and when I did, for some reason I had 2 back to back orders but they were different. I only made 1order and they hadn't even started on either so they took one off and I had to wait another 25 mins for my order. But overall the staff were very helpful and upbeat and I like that.

“Ordered pick up. I moved to Salem from Tigard and have been pretty disappointed in the food scene. I prefer a lot of fresh ingredients and hate that there isn’t a Whole Foods out here. Tonight my boyfriend and I were going to just order Pizza Hut when I decided to check out the pizza in the area. I’m not a huge pizza eating so I have to be on the mood. I saw Cascadia was around the corner and my boyfriend said let’s try it and he’d pick it up. I ordered the pizza with arugula and prosciutto and he got the one with the pepperoni and hot honey. Omg! Absolutely amazing. They were so fast too! He came back and said “that place is so your vibe we need to go date night there” he wasn’t kidding! The freshness was absolutely incredible! There will be my go to from now on when it comes to pizza!“

“I've never been in this establishment…only order through local delivery app. This is one of my guilty pleasures, especially on game nights. The food is pretty good, packaging is styrofoam and could be more sustainable. Wish they had more flavor options like competitor and I will continue to order from them when I don't feel like cooking up a batch of wings at home. The prices through the app are kind of high, so I recommend picking up and order and tipping the waitstaff and cooks who make this great food. “Oh my goodness this pizza is good. I stopped in as I had to run by another shop in the center and saw the 3.50 slices for happy hour and last hour so I grabbed one. I should have gotten more than one slice! This is proper NY style pizza which is rare here out west. I'm going to be stopping in more often whenever I'm in town without a doubt.“

What we love:
-Their RANCH (I could literally drink it!)
-Their deals! They’re a great value.
-Their boneless wings (Garlic Parmesan and Cajun)
-Their Voodoo Fries (Omg I’m addicted) and their Cheese Fries
-Their service is excellent

What we don’t love:
-Their regular prices (ridiculous)
-They don’t give enough dip with their wings and it costs $1.49 extra for a small dip/sauce/rubs.
-Their bone-in wings (they are so dry with little meat)
-Their buffalo sauce, both reg and hot (They aren’t spicy or flavorful)

I actually prefer bone-in wings over boneless, and was very surprised at how little I liked their bone-in wings. Believe it or not, Applebees has some of the best Bone-in and boneless wings out there IMO. And they only charge you $.50 for extra dip or sauce. Free if you eat in.

Bottom Line…

If you want great wings, go to Applebees (if you don’t mind limited flavor options). If you want good wings, go here but only get their boneless wings (they’re cheaper anyway) and use their deals.“

“Picked up pizza tonight for family. Tried to order online but that was no longer working don’t know why? Call in order they picked up right away no issues. Made one custom change no issues. Give me a 30 minute pick up time & when I arrived it was hot and ready. Now the only issue I had is they offer a FREE 2 liter of soda your choice with pick up. I was very disappointed that the cooler was completely empty. This seems to be a on going issue cause out of the last 3 orders only once did they have a choice. 2 time only one kind & today none. They’re were at least 5 people working and the two people that helped me said nothing about the free 2 liter of soda or offered any anything. For service was good but not great. “Yes it’s delicious. Go get chicken but here’s my experience. Dude, these guys actually told us we only have 3 tenders and they would have to make more food. Really, you’d have to make more food? During business hours? Wait a sec, isn’t that kind of what you’re supposed to do? I mean I get that it’s Saturday and 11:38 but I didn’t come to sympathize. I came for delicious chicken! Get it together man. I’d like to note that I rarely complain about these things, but when you try and talk me out of ordering after a gig I have to say something somewhere.“

“Wondering why as of late that all thr lights are shut off in the store to make it appear as though you're closed? Employees are working but they make it look like no one is there. An attempt to deter customers so they can go home early (ESPECIALLY on Fridays) It wasn't super hot out (or at all) so turning the lights off to prevent generating additional heat is not a possibility. Employees act as if picking up an online order is an inconvenience and am met with heavy sighs, eye rolls, & the like. I'm not some boomer with a superiority complex. I understand people have bad days and don't hold them to incredibly high standards. They're human. Customer service is taxing. But it's literally every time regardless of day of the week or time of day.“
