“Don’t judge this place by the outside of the building because inside we were treated by great food, service, and atmosphere! We were blown away by the service as our waitress had phenomenal energy and was honestly one of the most genuinely nice people I’ve ever met!! We tried the Tom Yum, madman curry, and ginger stir fry and found the taste and portions to be exelent! We will absolutely be back next time we are headed through Salem area!”

“We stopped here at the Keizer location after several hours driving south from Bremerton, Washington. We ordered inside and Elvis was working the counter and took our order. He was so patient and professional as we asked questions about the menu. We ordered the chicken strips and loved them. Our side salad was bigger than expected. This was only our third time at a Chick-fil-A and it was a great experience. Thanks to Elvis and all of the staff.”

“I came to pick up some food for my ailing wife. I was paying and I left a tip, but before he would hand me my food, he rudely asked, “DID YOU LEAVE A TIP?” And wouldn’t let go of the sack until I gave an answer. He didn’t even bother to look at the receipt that I had just signed to see that I did leave a tip. I find this very rude behavior…we always leave generous tips when we go inside to sit down and dine… But to ask is very rude behavior.. I did leave 15% for takeout as well but since he asked, I really wish I would not have. Perhaps someone could school him and tell him this is not good customer service.”

“Been going here for years and over the last year or two our pizzas are always made with fresh ingredients and the staff are always so friendly. Plus the coupons are nice! However I do wish baking instructions were a little better but it could be my oven but it seems I can never go by the actual baking instructions I usually have to cook it longer than it says on the paper depending which pizza style we get.”

We had orange chicken, green curry, swear and sour, and chow mein and every single dish was authentic tasting and so very fresh!! A must to check out!!!”

“It brings me so much joy to write this review today. I came in at about 7 today 3/19/2026. There were two workers a boy and a girl. Both were very sweet. The internet was also out for them tonight which was probably a difficult situation. Anyways they recieved lots of online orders (when they would come through) and recieved a crowd of people. Anyways they did AMAZING! They tag teamed the whole list. It was really incredible to watch. The communication was great between them and they just powered through the whole thing. I accidentally ordered the wrong bowl and they were just so kind to me and remade it the way I wanted. Me and my son loved our bowls. I wish I would have gotten both of there names and hope management will recognize them for how wonderful they did. Thank you again 😊”

“They could improve by not letting their patrons getting harassed by old drunk bigots. I've never been called so many slurs in a short period since it was socially acceptable to do so. Times have changed but they clearly allow this behavior and. it is UNACCEPTABLE. The bartender was a complete bystander and did absolutely nothing other than acknowledging that the situation happened. "You're in the wrong bar" I was told. I'm definitely going to let some local sources know about this so we can keep these haters away.”

However, this evening there was a customer (employees knew the individual) that made multiple loud. outbursts that startled the customers trying to converse with their fellow coffee drinkers. Employees choose not to ask this individual to stop the outbursts. :(”

“we had A waitress named Shana I believe. and she was terrible. she never asked if we needed refills on our drinks. she never stepped by and asked how our appetizer was it took us an hour to get our food. and when our appetizer came out 20 minutes later it was the blooming onion. it was cold and it was soggy. we're not even from here, but I have never encountered such a terrible customer service experience. not only that there were four whole tables in the entire restaurant... so there is no excuse for being slow and rude.”
