“Awesome service BUT the poor staff has been told by their manager that air conditioning is not essential for them. It is still Hot out and hotter than hell inside the restaurant. I am appalled at the store or district manager. I worry about the staff the next few days.“

“ok so I was born and raised in the south and I've lived in Nevada for the last 3 years dyinggggg for some good chicken I miss zaxbys with a passion first day in oregon we stop in my wife and myself and I gotta say this chicken is so good I almost slapped my momma! The service here was great the young lady at the counter was a darlin sweet and never stopped moving so great work ethic on her and my praise goes out to the one feller in the back running the whole show my guy is a mvp give both of them a raise cause I'll be back ....alot I'm fat trust me A++++++!“

“Customer service could use some improvement. My mom ordered milkshakes and when they came out she noticed one flavor was wrong. She let the guy working the counter know and he argued back that she had ordered those flavors and turned his back to us. We sat down with what we were given and then another customer told us he had remade the shake and left it on the counter for us. The thing is, maybe she did say her order wrong or maybe he misheard and made it wrong. Either way, the way he argued back and turn his back on us was pretty poor customer service. (It also would have been nice for him to say he was remaking it). My mom come to this restaurant more than me and she said service is usually better than this.“
