“Very good food. All of the ingredients were fresh. The burger was perfect. I ordered a Cowboy burger and a large shake. Someone with me ordered a mushroom burger and a large shake.

The total was $63 - which doesn’t really add up. The burgers are supposed to be $15 each and the shakes are supposed to be $8 each. I didn’t really think about it at the time and I was very happy with the food. I plan on visiting again but that total just doesn’t add up, unless there was some sort of automatic 35%+ gratuity.“

“Hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been too... including the one on Colfax in Denver swarmed by drug addicted homes people. They get the order wrong half the time and park me 75% of the time even when they're slow. It's been this way for years.“

“I updated my review for the Canby Burgerville location to reflect a notable turn for the better over the past year.

While I previously encountered issues with food quality and service, recent visits have shown dramatic improvements in both areas. The team has been delivering great customer service, and the food quality has been consistently solid. While prices remain on the higher side, the focus on sourcing local, high-quality ingredients makes the cost understandable and worthwhile. The only remaining drawback is the parking lot layout, as navigating the drive-thru line can still be a bit tricky during peak hours.
I wanted to ensure my rating accurately reflects the positive changes made here. Kudos to the management and staff for turning things around—I hope this level of quality continues!“

“Service at this location is consistently good and fast. I usually use the drive thru but today decided to dine inside. The young man working the counter was upbeat and positive, greeted each person as they entered and was extremely respectful and courteous. I noticed how well this young man communicated with customers while I sat and ate my breaded chicken sandwich (which was surprisingly good) and felt compelled to write a quick review. I have noticed the manager and shift leads are kind and accommodating to employees and customers alike, which is difficult to maintain in fast food environments, but this particular Carl's Jr. has provided exceptionally good service over many visits in the past 6 months. This location is fairly clean as well, which is appreciated. Sometimes promos are lacking and fast food is a bit spendy for what it is, but this location is a go-to for me when I am hungry and don't have a lot of time.“

“I have always had a great experience at this location. I absolutely adore the manager Luis. I have many years experience with customer service so I am picky. I am impressed. It's clean inside and out. Everyone is so friendly and quick to make sure your needs are met. We order the Famous Bowl and always get a root beer float. The food is just yummy. Thank you. You've earned a customer for life. What a team.“

“We had so much fun today celebrating my son’s birthday at the Canby McDonald’s! The manager and the whole team was so helpful. They had me come in a few days before and let them know how Many Happy Meals to make. They put kids names On them and handed out drinks for me. The whole restaurant and play area were clean. We will be back!“
