Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. offers good food and fast service. The dining area is spotless and very clean, though the smell of cleaning products can be strong. Meals like kids meals and regular meals are described as spectacular, neatly made, and delicious, with hot and just made fries. The drive-through service can be a problem, as it does not seem familiar with the menu and the wait time seems excessive. The quality of food does not align with the excessive wait time, and the cost per value is prohibitive. Some staff need better training to smile and have a personality. The restaurant has plenty of parking and is wheelchair accessible.
