Service at this location is consistently good and fast. I usually use the drive thru but today decided to dine inside. The young man working the counter was upbeat and positive, greeted each person as they entered and was extremely respectful and courteous. I noticed how well this young man communicated with customers while I sat and ate my breaded chicken sandwich (which was surprisingly good) and felt compelled to write a quick review. Great food, great people.
The Canby Carl’s Jr. absolutely deserves 5 stars! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and working hard to make sure everything comes out right. The food is fresh, hot, and consistently good, and the service is quick without feeling rushed.
It’s refreshing to go somewhere where the employees actually seem to care about the customer experience. The restaurant is clean, the orders are accurate, and the team does a great job even when they’re busy.

Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. offers good food and fast service. The dining area is spotless and very clean, though the smell of cleaning products can be strong. Meals like kids meals and regular meals are described as spectacular, neatly made, and delicious, with hot and just made fries. The drive-through service can be a problem, as it does not seem familiar with the menu and the wait time seems excessive. The quality of food does not align with the excessive wait time, and the cost per value is prohibitive. Some staff need better training to smile and have a personality. The restaurant has plenty of parking and is wheelchair accessible.
