Went on our way back from the Deliah Farm and had a hearty breakfast. Service was nice, Ambiance as you would expect from such a place, nothing really special.

As a plumber, I’ve worked in various commercial kitchens and honestly i’ve stopped eating at a lot of restaurants due to the cleanliness of the kitchen, I’ve always been impressed with biscuits cleanliness, Not only that, but every time I eat there, the food is delicious And there’s not a speck of grease Or oil on my plate, you can tell that the ingredients are fresh, And the portions are Excellent. It took a while to get seated because they were short staffed. The only 2 waitresses there were bussing and cleaning the tables, taking orders, and delivering dishes, as well as having to be the cashier when we were ready to pay and go. I have to wonder if they were cooking back there, too! Seriously though, there really needed to be at least one more, but preferably two more people bussing and cleaning tables, and cashiering. Those women were truly trying to do it all.
