So sad to see Burgerville go so far downhill. They used to be the best fast food burger around. Now, not so much. And when you go through the drive-thru, they expect you to tip. For what? Handing you a sack of overpriced food that fails to meet basic expectations? I was honestly shocked when I was handed the card reader to add a tip. I did not tip.
The food is wonderful...the only thing that can cause me to avoid Burgerville is it's customer service. Nowhere else in Canby have I experienced such rude behavior from a service person....and it's funny because new employees start out kind and polite....so I'm guessing it is learned behavior or it is really no fun to work there. Either way I keep going back for the food it just depends if I'm in the mood to deal with their obnoxious self-righteous behavior or not.

We visited some friends in Canby, and they wanted to eat at Burgerville while we were there. I think this is one of the only food options in Canby which is why the locals seem to hold it in such high esteem. For me and my husband, it was a basic fast-food burger joint. It was fine but not something I would go out of my way to eat. I would say it is between a Burger King and a Culver's. We both had the cheeseburger and fries, and they were fine.
