Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. offers a varied experience. The restaurant makes anything on the menu anytime they are open, which is appreciated by customers who work late. However, service can be poor, with an employee arguing and turning his back when a milkshake flavor was wrong. The restaurant and restroom were clean, which was surprising, and the order was completed promptly. Some customers have nothing bad to say, while others find the service needs improvement.
