I went to Firehouse for the first time tonight. The sandwich was really good but the customer service impressed me just as much. There was a bit of a wait to order and get my sandwich. The cashier offered me a complimentary drink, which I appreciated but declined. Well I found a complimentary cookie in my bag when I got home so they were determined to give me something for my wait! I'll definitely be back for another Smokehouse Beef n Cheddar Brisket and to try other sandwiches....read full review
