I really love firehouse subs but for several months they haven’t had gluten free bread. I’m wondering if it will ever come back?Dietary restrictions: They use to have amazing gluten free bread but haven’t had any gluten free bread for months. I’m worried they don’t carry it anymore ?

Poor service. There was a mix-up with our online order, but rather than fix the sandwich by providing a different piece of bread without mustard added, the manager informed us we could pay for an additional sandwich. Instead, we canceled the entire order and won't be visiting this place again. Asking customers to pay for an additional $10 sandwich to get a piece of bread with no mustard on it is silly. Not to mention, our online order for HOT sandwiches was prepared 25 minutes before our scheduled pickup time, since this is when we called to correct the online mix-up with the mustard. Despite their choice to make the sandwiches way too soon and despite us calling within minutes to correct the incorrect ingredient on the order, management at this Firehouse thought the best solution was for us to buy additional sandwiches. Now, 2 sandwiches were wasted and you've lost some regular customers.We have been regular customers at this Firehouse for years, and the one time there's a small issue they completely dropped the ball.

I used to love Firehouse, but today I tried to order online and found that I could only do so after signing up for something I didn't want to sign up for that had a TOS that was, way, way, way too long to be agreeing to just to be able to pick up my food from a restaurant. Since I don't like to stand in line, I no longer eat at Firehouse.

Not sure what's going on here. The web site ordering no longer has the meatball sub available to order. And I don't like that their website now requires a login to order instead of allowing guest ordering. Guess I'll go elsewhere.

I've been here a couple times now and I've tried different sandwiches and have not been disappointed. Each one has been delicious and filling. Honestly, the price range is close but maybe a little higher than subway but way better sandwiches than subway. Rather pay the extra dollar for a consistent good sub than a hit an miss sub with bad service at subway. Service here is usually fast and they have always been chill and nice. I also like that they donate any extra change to the firefighters. Introduce my girlfriend to them and now we will be frequent visitors.

Food was good, but the wait time was ridiculous. I did show up at lunchtime, there were two people ahead of me in line. The lady running the register was very nice and polite, but very slow. After I ordered I sat down and kind of zoned out. When I realized I had been sitting there for 25 minutes I got up to ask how much longer and nobody could give me an answer. After I asked, I noticed they started telling people that it was going to be a 20 minute wait. From the time I ordered until I got my food was exactly 31 minutes.?
