“Food a was great. Service would be a 5 star because of the team which looked understaffed at 11:26 pm 5/1/2024. The one who has awful Service was rude, short with me and very unpleasant, extremely unprofessional. She collected my payment turned to her co workers and said "I'm clocking out".She then left her team to sit down to eat. Did not welcome anyone in as did everyone else. She has someone joining her and started to talk about a new girl. She was a young, star tattoo on her neck. Kuddos to all other staff for their hardworking ethics. This other gal, is a let Down to this store“

“I went to Firehouse for the first time tonight. The sandwich was really good but the customer service impressed me just as much. There was a bit of a wait to order and get my sandwich. The cashier offered me a complimentary drink, which I appreciated but declined. Well I found a complimentary cookie in my bag when I got home so they were determined to give me something for my wait! I'll definitely be back for another Smokehouse Beef n Cheddar Brisket and to try other sandwiches. Thanks guys!“

The young gentlemen that was working was very polite and courteous, well hygenically clean and was dressed professionally,he greeted us and told us he was doing a online order and would get with us ASAP, he takes pride his job and throughout the order he very polite and respectful, it was nice seeing this because we have been here before as well as other subways and have had a less desirable experience, me and my wife will definitely be coming back.“

“New management is great. Really a great change. Ice machine is working again, they don't seem to run out of things like in the past. Jen H and Heather are a great team! Also the newer staff is very nice and doing a great job. Will continue being a patron“

“I am a frequent customer at this location and every time I go there the staff (especially Jen & Jen) are very friendly, courteous and seem to be mindful of making my sandwich right every time. Also, The place is always clean, which is important to me (more important than an operable ice machine) and they always try and decorate for the seasons, which is nice.

I see some other reviews on here bagging on them for not having their ice machine operable, but I'll bet most people out there don't realize that this is a cooperate franchise and corporate are the ones to blame for this, not the employees. If corporate is paying attention to reviews, please support this location in getting them what they need to be able to fully service their customers.

“Another friendly sandwich shop. We were greeted at the order point. They were pretty busy when we were here. Sandwiches were put together in an assembly line type of manner. One of the employees was training with a more seasoned employee. They made brief conversation with us. The only down side to this location, was the tables were a little dirty and we had to wipe down our own table. Everything else was good. The sandwiches were great. Normally I’ve eaten sandwiches to go. This was the first time I ate at the shop and they were so much better eating them right away.“

“Made online order. Came in a few minutes early to pickup. I was acknowledged as soon as I came in. My sandwich was delicious!

Only thing that sucks is that Dave’s Chicken puts their drive thru sign in the middle of the parking lot making it a little difficult to maneuver.“
