“Difficult to find parking as there aren't many accessible spots. Little tight getting around with a service dog but overall okay.Food was okay but sandwiches weren't cut all the way through which made them difficult to pull apart for me. I would have asked them to cut them again but I didn't know until after I had left as I had ordered it to go.“
“this very nice man was there he had a beard and mustache was the nicest employee I've ever had at any subway i got a foot long and I had a gift card and I was short 8 cents and he coverd it for me he also gave me a free cookie he was super sweet and had a very welcoming smile“
“This location has really gone downhill. Always ran by only 1-2 people that are clearly overworked,under trained, and exhausted. Don't wash their hands between customers. Sloppy made sandwiches,often out of one or more items, and the portions never seem to be the same from one visit to the next. I worked at subway for five years when I was younger and I couldn't imagine working at this one with how poorly ran it is.Big bummer because we love subway and this location is closest.“
“I'm giving a five star for a couple of reasons. the staff was very nice and professional. the staff member who made my sandwich was Alan. Alan made the sandwich with care and had a smile doing so. His customer service was great and I will be coming again. He was very polite and had no problem toasting The bread a couple extra times. Great Staff.“
“I'm blown away. Had a burger at the suggestion of the waitress, and it was incredible. A proper high-end burger in downtown Salem. Bo and Vine is a close 2nd, but this sandwich shop can laly claim to the best burger in Salem. Good liquor and beer options. Friendly service, laid back. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.“
“I was greeted upon arrival by the cheerful, friendly staff. The location was clean and empty (lucky timing, lol).I ordered the Beef and Cheddar Brisket using loyalty points on the app. It's my favorote sandwich that they make and as always it was delicious. All sandwiches come with a complimentary pickle spear (yum).My favorite thing about Firehouse subs is that they donate a lot of money to first responders. The company was founded by firemen and they help various agencies to provide training and get better equipment. By eating here you are indirectly helping to save lives.Long story short, I definitely recommend this location and I will be back. Hopefully soon.Parking: Ample parking for this establishment.“
“I was in the United States Army stationed at Fort Dix New Jersey in the early eighties spent a lot of time in South Philly been to both Gino's and Pat's Cheesesteaks the first time I tried Charleys cheese steaks I closed my eyes and it brought me back to South Philly, I've tried a lot of cheesesteaks here in Salem here and they all say that they're the best will I find that hard to believe because Charleys is by far Head and Shoulders Above the Rest you guys can move in right across the street from Gino's and Pat's and compete my hat is off to you thank you for the Nostalgia.“
“Amazing sandwiches. These subs are so delicious! The Ham always tastes amazing and the lettuce is so good. I always get the #3 with Ham, Just lettuce and extra meat and it is good! However, the subs are a bit pricey. $17 for a foot long and $8 or so for a regular.Parking: There's a lot of parking especially since its next to the goodwill super store. However, the mobile order pick up only has 2 spots that can get tight.“
“I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone was so friendly and they were working their butts off. I would like to directly thank Johnny who gave me outstanding customer service. I ordered within the app, and i had never been to this location, obviously because it's new, and my maps took me to the wrong side. It said the building was located within the Willamette town center mall so when I parked, the mall said permanently closed, and I was confused. I tried calling but they were busy so due to the time lost for my lunch break, I just went to McDonald's. I was finally able to get a hold of them when I returned to work. I wanted to be sure to notify them that I would be unable to pick up my sandwich. Johnny said this has been a common thing and he informed me they would remake my sandwich next time I wanted to come in (since I already paid) and he also gave me a coupon. He was very understanding. Long story short, this is located in front of McGraths. It is not in the mall nor next to Home Goods/Ulta/etc like the maps shows.“
“I've been here a couple times now and I've tried different sandwiches and have not been disappointed. Each one has been delicious and filling. Honestly, the price range is close but maybe a little higher than subway but way better sandwiches than subway. Rather pay the extra dollar for a consistent good sub than a hit an miss sub with bad service at subway. Service here is usually fast and they have always been chill and nice. I also like that they donate any extra change to the firefighters. Introduce my girlfriend to them and now we will be frequent visitors.“
