What has happened to the customer service at Jimmy Johns?? Are you just getting anyone that will work? No skills needed or what? I went into this location today and was not greeted, just stared at me until I told her my order. I guess her fake eyelashes were top of mind at the time. No niceties in the slightest. Had no idea they weren’t delivering on their own anymore. Ended up waiting about 40 minutes for my sandwich and missing out on my lunch break. Driver also made me go outside to meet them as they didn’t want to leave their car. So had to leave my station alone after my break was over. Food was great and the associate on the phone was pleasant though.
