“Another friendly sandwich shop. We were greeted at the order point. They were pretty busy when we were here. Sandwiches were put together in an assembly line type of manner. One of the employees was training with a more seasoned employee. They made brief conversation with us. The only down side to this location, was the tables were a little dirty and we had to wipe down our own table. Everything else was good. The sandwiches were great. Normally I’ve eaten sandwiches to go. This was the first time I ate at the shop and they were so much better eating them right away.“

“I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone was so friendly and they were working their butts off. I would like to directly thank Johnny who gave me outstanding customer service. I ordered within the app, and i had never been to this location, obviously because it's new, and my maps took me to the wrong side. It said the building was located within the Willamette town center mall so when I parked, the mall said permanently closed, and I was confused. I tried calling but they were busy so due to the time lost for my lunch break, I just went to McDonald's. I was finally able to get a hold of them when I returned to work. I wanted to be sure to notify them that I would be unable to pick up my sandwich. Johnny said this has been a common thing and he informed me they would remake my sandwich next time I wanted to come in (since I already paid) and he also gave me a coupon. He was very understanding. Long story short, this is located in front of McGraths. It is not in the mall nor next to Home Goods/Ulta/etc like the maps shows.“

“I was in the United States Army stationed at Fort Dix New Jersey in the early eighties spent a lot of time in South Philly been to both Gino's and Pat's Cheesesteaks the first time I tried Charleys cheese steaks I closed my eyes and it brought me back to South Philly, I've tried a lot of cheesesteaks here in Salem here and they all say that they're the best will I find that hard to believe because Charleys is by far Head and Shoulders Above the Rest you guys can move in right across the street from Gino's and Pat's and compete my hat is off to you thank you for the Nostalgia.“

“Yes I love this staff, unfortunately a couple angry rascals from the nearby methadone clinic are going to try disparage these these fine employees by making a few baseless claims of theft. Unfortunately these pathetic clowns probably never had 300$ to begin with. I highly recommend this Jimmy Johns , my only complaint is their recent clientel has brought in some unwanted riffraff. Hopefully these people stick to their words and never return to my favorite sanwich shop in Salem. My go to is #5 Vito, add spicy pepper, of course with chips and a drink.“

“This location is great. Good food, service and price. I gave up on Subway in the early 2000’s, the quantity of meats on sandwiches was ridiculous. But we tried this location recently and Subway has seriously improved, the quality and quantity are now similar to all the competitors. In the 2 times we’ve gone this month I had the #20 Elite Chicken and it’s so satisfying. Great taste and really filling (the foot long). I’m glad to leave Subway and this particular location a great review, Subway has really surprised me and gained a former customer back“

We're new in town and I had a little difficulty finding the subway but it's brand new sandwich made perfectly by a beautiful young woman who could run the company one day if wants to. Enough said. “We stop here a couple times a week on my way to work overnights. The staff know my daughter and they know her sandwich by heart and she thinks that's pretty cool! Food is always perfect and the people are amazing!
