“We ordered large sandwiches and that was enough for several meals, lots of turkey stacked up and just the right amount of other flavors. The bread is fresh, but sturdy enough to hold all the goodies. For the price we were happy and well-fed for a couple of days! Staff is helpful and service was fast. With other choices in the area, we will put Firehouse Subs at the top of our list.”
“We love Charley's! My husband starting taking me 8 yrs ago when we met and it's been one of our "spots" we have a 4 yr old that's been going with us since he was born and it's one of his favorite too, they even kind of know us so the service we get is even better. They are always friendly the food is made fresh right there in front you so your food is always hot! It's in a good court at the mall but that's not necessarily good or bad, depends on the day.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals,believe 3 to choose from (my son gets the steak) comes with sandwich, fries, drink, and cookie and since it's located in a food court there's booster seats available for small children.”
“Amazing sandwiches. These subs are so delicious! The Ham always tastes amazing and the lettuce is so good. I always get the #3 with Ham, Just lettuce and extra meat and it is good! However, the subs are a bit pricey. $17 for a foot long and $8 or so for a regular.Parking: There's a lot of parking especially since its next to the goodwill super store. However, the mobile order pick up only has 2 spots that can get tight.”
“I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone was so friendly and they were working their butts off. I would like to directly thank Johnny who gave me outstanding customer service. I ordered within the app, and i had never been to this location, obviously because it's new, and my maps took me to the wrong side. It said the building was located within the Willamette town center mall so when I parked, the mall said permanently closed, and I was confused. I tried calling but they were busy so due to the time lost for my lunch break, I just went to McDonald's. I was finally able to get a hold of them when I returned to work. I wanted to be sure to notify them that I would be unable to pick up my sandwich. Johnny said this has been a common thing and he informed me they would remake my sandwich next time I wanted to come in (since I already paid) and he also gave me a coupon. He was very understanding. Long story short, this is located in front of McGraths. It is not in the mall nor next to Home Goods/Ulta/etc like the maps shows.”

“To me, the reuben is king Supreme, the sandwich which I as a customer, hold in the highest of sandwich esteem, and the standard which I hold an eatery to. It is the defining moment for a restaurant, the moment that decides whether I become a return customer, or not. All that being said, I will never be leaving Valient the Sandwich, as they have delivered the best Like A Reuben sando I've ever had. Just knocked it right out of the proverbial park, they did. I don't have enough clapping hands or standing ovations to give this crew but they deserve them all. ?”
