I love it when I get good customer service and at this franchise special shout out to Eric he is amazing, he made me laugh he was courteous and so good at customer service held respectful conversation uplifting spirit!!! his effort and neatness in how he prepared my sub made the experience 100% better definitely will be coming back he was so nice to every one that came in that door my son included. That topped any other location I’ve been to.
I usually love coming here but this Wednesday @1PM I ordered ahead 30 minutes and my order wasn't even started. I was completely ignored while there were 2 other costumers in the shop
At this time during my lunch break, there is always a young man working alone; he is consistently very friendly and fast, he welcomes everyone, and the place is kept very clean. It is my favorite Subway—the best. I don't know for sure, but I hope he gets paid very well; he deserves it.

Customers appreciate the attention to detail, such as the option to add notes and tips in the app. The introduction of The Vault Menu featuring NFL Stars' favorite subs adds excitement and variety to the menu, catering to different preferences.
