“came in very late after midnight and the one older employee inside that was working 4 tasks at once (making fresh bread, making a doordash order, a pickup order, and mine at the same time) did a great job of handling the workload he was stuck with and got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I appreciate that even though you’re in there late doing lots of extra work you put the same effort in as normal.“

“$13 for just a burger with no fries is a bit pricey, but it is a REALLY good burger. I am sure location factors into the price.Guy at the register was super nice and helpful.Atmosphere has that standard "modern hip industrial" feel that you can find everywhere else. Extremely clean, so points there.All in all, food was good; I might come back to try their pork meatball sandwich if I'm in the area.

“Food was good but very pricey. Spent close to $50 just two orders of their medium sized sandwiches and a side, not including tip. Wish their app and website was easier to navigate. Tough to compete with Jersey Mike’s Subs and Jimmy John’s nearby.“

“Went there and got the Vegan Bodega Philly. It was absolutely delicious. The perfect balance for a sandwich. The spot itself is a cute little convenience store with craft and local drinks and goodies, along with conventional options too. I highly recommend coming here to grab a drink sandwich and some chips. You will not be disappointed. I have heard that the warm sandwiches are better than the cold, so consider that when ordering, as they give you the option of how you’d like your sandwich! I wish I had gotten a picture but I couldn’t wait to dig in to the deliciousness!“

“I have found that there have been a number of employees who work the closing shift that can barely get through helping customers, waiting for closing to me to get there. But there have also been a few people working the same shift who are friendly, able to serve you and talk at the same time. These are exceptional employees who know what good customer service is all about and seem to do it without even thinking about it. It is as natural as breathing. I wish you could find more people like this and let them work at the same location. Every time we go in there, it is someone new.
But I do like the fact the breads are always fresh and the service bar is udus)y very clean and well stocked

“The owners were very friendly at the front counter and offered my sister and I hand held menus when I had a horrible time reading the menu on the wall due to my poor eyesight.

When the sandwich was brought out to me, I stated, “wow, that’s huge.” The sandwich is very sizable and enough to get you full. I had the Sunny Bird which has Turkey, mayonnaise, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, lettuce, tomato, and provolone. It was such a different, but delicious combination.

While enjoying our food, the owner spoke to us about our experience in the restaurant and made us laugh with a funny story. An amazing and friend atmosphere.“

“The young employees here need proper training on when to wash their hands and remove gloves. I was very concerned to see staff handling food, then touching money and the computer screen. They would then return to make sandwiches without washing their hands. Additionally, they cleaned the counter with a wet rag and touched the sandwiches again afterward. I love Jersey Mike’s, and I would hate to stop coming because of this issue. I hope the manager addresses and corrects this situation. (The cashier should not be wearing gloves).“
