Passed by this place several times & today we finally stopped in and gave it a shot. So glad we did!
We split the beef bulgogi bahn mi & spicy Momo’s. All of it so delicious and perfectly balanced. Veggies were pickled wonderfully & don’t pass up on the hot chai. Great fresh comfort food & kind staff. Ate it too fast for a photo. Can’t wait to come back!

If you're disappointed with this place then I can't help you. The last couple bites of my pork bahn mi were bittersweet as I was sad it was almost over. I've never been sad to leave a place with a full stomach before.

I'm trying to wrap my head around how a banh mi place has a $20 sandwich. I've been everywhere in the USA and never paid more than $5 for a banh mi, it's usually about three or four dollars. So it blows my mind that there's a place that's got very expensive banh mi's and is also an almost 5 star restaurant, I'm wondering if the reviews are real.

Based on the reviews, Killer Banh Mi & MoMo is legitimately one of the best places to eat in Portland. The Banh Mi are fire, and the ingredients are all so flavorful. The bread is soft with the perfect exterior crust. The BBQ brisket is perfectly cooked, tender, and melt in your mouth with yummy BBQ sauce, plus the crispy texture of the fresh baked bread and pickled veggies. The grilled lemongrass pork and the pork belly are also tender and flavorful. The place also has momo, which are Nepali dumplings. The spicy ones are delicious with chili sauce. The drinks are the drink-version of fire. The staff are friendly, service is excellent and quick, and prices are reasonable. The space is small and not fancy but very clean, with easy parking. The Super Combo will leave someone stuffed. Overall, a 10/10 experience and an absolute gem.
