I specifically asked for no mustard. I love Jimmy John’s - the food, the flavor. But I never get really good customer service at this location from any workers. Let alone, they added mustard when i asked for NO mustard. i’m allergic to mustard seeds and my money just got wasted for a sandwich i cannot eat.

Tyler at the front counter is either the manager or should be promoted to one. Super friendly and on top of it. Made sure we got exactly what we ordered, had helpful recommendations and just overall a great interaction. Wasn’t expecting this kind of service walking in. Plus the sandwiches were great too! Great job man!
