The other day I went in JJ to order my lunch. While I was ordering, this really short male worker kept uncomfortably flirting with me the whole time. It was completely unwanted as I just wanted my lunch and speed right out. Despite all this awful flirting, at the end I was told I didn’t have to pay for my sandwich “it was on him”. I would have argued about it but the interaction was so awful I just needed to get out of there.

They mess up literally every time.It shouldn’t be hard I order a turkey Tom add onion, pickle, and oregano. They almost never give me pickles. This time the missed all my add ons and gave me cucumber.

Well, what ever you do, don't order anything from the app. Asked to put our names on the sandwiches. No names. Asked to cut sandwiches in half. Not cut. Asked to put the oil and vinegar on the side. No sides. Asked for napkins. No napkins.Bread seemed to be old and there wasn't enough meat on my wife's sandwich to even call it a sandwich!I have always preferred Jersey Mike's, but the wife thought it would be easier since they are closer. Never again. We'll be going to Jersey Mike's.

Nothing like ordering a sandwich you think will be safe to eat, and getting the alergen you told them not to put on it. Dear corprate, your decision to make the music so loud that customers move along just severely made a customer sick because your employee could not hear me well enough to hear the difference between "no jalapenios and no crispy jalapenios"Having a wheat alergy is so increadibly debilitating. If they had handed me a recipt i would be sueing the company for the missed work and greivences.And the fact they cant hand me a reciept, or find my reciept once giving me an alergen is absolutely insane! Never eating here again!Dietary restrictions: Not safe in any way stay far away.

Not as advertised. The commercial had me craving a Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich. The picture up on the menu board had me salivating! Big beefy tomatoes and slabs of mozzarella cheese with pesto and balsamic glaze. Yum! Spent $19 and added a tip. Got it home and this is what it looked like...

I was just there recently with my husband. We ordered the limited special. Can't remember the name, had Motzeralla, salami and tomatoes on it. I requested to add mayo and they guy looked at me like I was crazy! It was a little embarrassing ( everyone has different tasts). Once we received our sandwiches it was just bread... there was hardly any meat on it. The picture showed the sandwich stuffed and looked filling. But it was just mouth full of bread and tomato. We where hungry an hr later. Normally I the ittalian night club and I'm full the entire day.That was a spendy snack! I don't know if we will be back. This was as the Oregon City Location.

we have not gone here for numerous months due to orders not being completed accurately. My friend wanted to try again so we did and ordered on-line and again 2 of our items were not in the bag. Manager tried to blame it on new staff and I told her not even to try. It is management responsibility to know what their employees are doing. why aren't they checking the orders before they go out if staff is new? They suck at their jobs, don't blame the teenagers. I will never go to a Jimmy Johns again.

I was really disappointed! I ordered a half hour before my lunch. I was down to the last few minutes of my lunch hour and decided I should call to see why I hadn't gotten my food yet. They delivered it to the wrong office. So much for that lunch break.
