Subway is a clean and convenient restaurant known for its fresh food and friendly employees. The dedicated staff goes above and beyond, even in extreme weather, staying open when other places are closed. Customers appreciate the commitment to service, especially during challenging conditions like icy weather. While some reviews mention a decline in customer service experiences, others highlight the professionalism of the team, including an employee with sleeve tattoos and black hair, who has received praise for being friendly and helpful. Although there have been issues with music volume making communication difficult, the overall atmosphere remains welcoming. Despite challenges like the lack of fresh cookies during inclement weather, Subway continues to be a reliable option for food in the area. The team is recognized for making customers feel valued and satisfied, and many express gratitude for the service provided, especially during tough times. Overall, Subway is appreciated for its quality food, excellent customer service, and dedication to the community.
