I have to say I am incredibly disappointed. I’ve been coming to this wonderful establishment for over 20 years, and the last two times I’ve visited, I’ve received the most hateful, rude service I’ve ever encountered anywhere. The staff were short, annoyed to be serving me, and flat out mean. We witnessed other customers being treated the same way. I was actually scared to speak up for what I wanted. Excellent authentic German food and drinks. Can't go there without getting a Leberkässemmel (roll with hot Leberkäse and mustard) for the road!
The fresh sausages and smoked meats, we flew from Florida after watching an episode of Diners drive in and Dives. We definitely were not disappointed.
