This place has the best Texas style brisket of any bbq place I have tried in PDX. A great find!!
1 of the 2 best BBQ places in PDX and the team are always so friendly and kind when you go there. All of it was delicious, but my favorite is always the Brisket Poutine Fries.

I mainly judge a BBQ place by the quality of its brisket, and Bottos’ brisket was perfectly cooked. The potato salad and the pork & beans were elevated and delicious, not just ordinary staple recipes. There are very limited indoor seating, so be prepared to sit outside.
