My son and I swung in to grab some lunch to take with us for a little fishing/picnic outing. When we entered, the employee walked towards us without saying a word. I broke the silence by asking how they were. During the transaction, 2 more employees came out to help us and there was barely any interaction whatsoever. ??? When we received our food, I said "thank you", and there was no response. The food was decent although the customer service was lacking.
I go to this Subway about once a week. The staff is friendly and do a good job. The last 3 times I was there they were out of basic items; olives, pickles and today tomatoes. I just don't understand why they can't go across the parking lot to Roth's and purchase these things. It gets frustrating, and they can't use the pandemic as an excuse anymore!

This is the 2nd time now that the bread for the sandwich is not what I asked for. I asked for Italian herb and got White bread. Would complain but it's the 2nd time. Hopefully they will eventually get it right. Went through drive through and didn't know until I got home.
