Dairy Queen Grill & Chill has made significant improvements in customer service. The friendly and motivated staff, mostly young people, provide excellent service, even during busy times. The management team has done a great job in training and motivating the employees. Customers appreciate the attention to detail, even with complicated orders like the "very complicated blizzard with double Oreo and TRIPLE peanut butter." The food, including blizzards, is also delicious, reminiscent of the old DQ. The restaurant's ambiance is wheelchair accessible with normal ramps, and parking is available, although it may seem suspicious. Overall, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a great place to visit, thanks to its hardworking staff and management.
