Well JJ, don't get me wrong I love your sandwiches, but afraid you are no longer "freaky fast" plus waited in drive threw lane a good 15 min. and when I got to the drive up window I saw this... I sat at the window 5 min or more just watching an no one came back to the meat cuter...nor did anyone greet me until someone saw me taking pictures! The person in front of me got handed 1 sandwich, I was only getting 1 sandwich...it should not take 15-20 min in a drive threw...everyone in line was mad because of course we are stuck in line an not to mention hungry....so extremely frustrating!! And won't be eating at that location again!

Had no idea they weren’t delivering on their own anymore. Ended up waiting about 40 minutes for my sandwich and missing out on my lunch break. Driver also made me go outside to meet them as they didn’t want to leave their car. So had to leave my station alone after my break was over. Food was great and the associate on the phone was pleasant though.

Poor management here. I ordered a #16 but got a tuna which apparently is a number #15, instead of being their error it's mine for ordering my sandwich # instead of by sandwich name, since apparently the person taking my order is hard of hearing? Which is fine but not happy I just paid 18 dollars for a tuna sandwich.. No offer to make it right unless I want to make another 20 min drive up the store. So maybe they should repeat the order back to the customer to verify it's correct and hand the receipt out as you pay instead of shoving it in the bag expecting your order to be correct. Customer is not always right, and management could care less about keeping customers happy and handing out orders without error

Their delivery is a joke. Was told delivery was slow. So ordered for 6P at 4P. After 7P no food, I called to ask and promptly was insulted and accused of fraud. Manager refused to refund or credit the app. Gave me another bunch of bull crap about in store credit without any way to access it. I'm out $40.

Sensible times change, doesnt mean morals should. Sadly this Jimmy John's has no customer nor moral value, for a nine minute delivery they take an hour, place you on hold no for reason, ninety percent of the time they get orders wrong.

The Gargantuan sub is the closest to an East Coast sub I have been able to find here in Oregon. Highly recommend!! Service is nearly instantaneous. Love!!!

I have eaten at Jimmy John's several times in the past few years. Great food, always. Yesterday I requested a delivery. NEVER AGAIN! I ordered three sandwiches and a dessert. After over an hour, and no contact from JJ, they made HALF the delivery. I was charged nearly FORTY DOLLARS on my debit card. Spoke with the assistant manager yesterday, and decided to give them a break. If they give me a store credit, I'll order it another day. Mind you, I paid full price for the food yesterday. After the runaround from Dawn, claiming they could not deliver the two sandwiches owed unless I pay for yet another delivery. EPIC CUSTOMER FAIL! Laine, the assistant manager, was at least reasonable on the phone yesterday. He was trying to fix it. His efforts were thwarted by a nonn-caring co-worker. Already called Jimmy John's corporate in Illinois. I am 65 and use a walker to move around. I shared that with her, and said it would cost me $20 for an Uber to run me up and back. She didn't care. Another small mind focused on what she cannot do, instead of doing what she can. She claimed no responsibility or authority.
