Kolby's Restaurant Bar and Billiards in Keizer offers a beautiful and serene ambiance, featuring plenty of clean pool tables. The owner, Ace, is attentive, always in good spirits, and has a knack for remembering customers' names and drinks. The food presents a wonderful variety, with highlights like the prime rib sandwich, which features tender and high-quality meat. The staff works efficiently, although there may be delays during busy times. The chicken tacos and burgers continue to be tasty, and the sweet potato fries are good. It's a popular spot on busy nights, making it wise to order easy-to-make dishes. The atmosphere is perfect for music, pool, and good food and drinks, with a cool crowd that feels welcoming and friendly. Parking is ample with bright lighting, and minors are allowed until 8 pm.
