I had a problem with the app kept on rejecting our credit cards. Mason saw me trying and he sweetened the deal by offering inhouse discounted price. Great service with a smile. Thanks Mason for excellent service.
Mason is such a stand up guy, really helpful and kind. I recommend this place over all the other ones in town. Customer service and quality is great. Give that man Mason a raise!
Went in for a pizza, there was a guy who doesnt look professional his beard, it looks awful and very unprofessional, but super rude guy got mad beacuse I corrected my order as he handed me the wrong one. Just threw my correct one and started calling the next customer in line. Very rude and unprofessional. I couldn't get a name due to no name tag.

Little Caesars Pizza is a well-known restaurant that offers a variety of pizza options. Customers appreciate the staff for their good customer service, especially the lady behind the counter who is helpful and understanding. The overall quality of the pizza is generally liked, with many preferring it over competitors like Pizza Hut. Many customers find the location convenient, with plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility. The restaurant's regular pizza and wings are popular, and the online ordering process is easy, with food often ready on time. Some customers have been disappointed with the pretzel crust pizza, which they say does not taste like an actual pretzel and lacks flavor. The Cheesy Jalapeno dipping sauce also receives mixed reviews. A night manager or supervisor is praised for going above and beyond to correct service issues and for being helpful with questions about rewards and the app, showing understanding and kindness to customers.
