“Amazing. They keep threatening to take away the cheese fries. I've made it clear with many others.. when they do, there will be a picket line outside. Try the cheese fries. Loaded with seasoning, bacon, chives, blue cheese and a cheesy sauce. Could eat every day for the rest of my life for sure.“

“We were on a road trip from California, to Oregon, to Washington then back again, and we needed to stop for food. I looked this place up and it had a high star rating, and I can see why! It’s not too fancy, just nice, and the staff is super friendly. I think it may have been the one we who served us. We split a meal, and he automatically split it onto separate plates for us. So nice! We got a Rueben sandwich and sweet potato waffle fries. Very good! Like really, really good! The house made ranch was absolutely delicious! The owner saw how much I was just using my fries as a vessel to eat the ranch (haha), and he brought me more and also some serrano aioli to pair with it. Wow! So yummy! We absolutely recommend you make a stop here!“

“Staff was prompt and responsive. I ordered the Prime Rib Special. It came out remarkably fast. Medium rare as requested. Unfortunately the baked potato was over done and yet cool. The prime rib was lukewarm. The horseradish sauce was off- I can’t tell why but it had a peculiar flavor that should not have been there. Seasoning of the prime rib was on point and so was the zip sauce. I wasn’t feeling up to potential confrontation so when they asked how the food was I just said good. With prime rib it’s hard because if they warmed it then it might not have come back medium rare…also there was no steak knife but again I didn’t ask“

“Like this place, but tonight is second time they have accused us of not paying for our drinks. I offered to pay for what I actually ordered, but lead bartender, told me that it was a second time and I was 86. I offered to pay for the drinks I actually ordered, but she insisted I was 86 if I didn't pay for extra items, so I walked out. It was second time accusing me of not paying and being aggressive about it. They need to learn how to properly train these young ladies, as I have paid for and paid extra for my drinks/food here. Very disappointed about this, and will not be back to a place that doesn't respect or trust the customer. This is a enjoyable establishment, only hope the staff learns to listen and understand the customer“

“As a displaced Southerner, I approach BBQ in the PNW with caution. Two bites into the pork belly and I was instantly a ten-year-old again eating the food my father and uncles worked for days to prepare. The Vault is what happens when Down Home Comfort Food meets haute cuisine - homemade, fresh, extremely generous portions of authentic, perfectly prepared fare. The BBQ is phenomenal and the sides are delicious as well. Corn was still snappy, the fries were hot even delivered, and the tacos are phenomenally flavorful without being loaded down with spice. Try the jalapeno poppers which are *obviously* hand made! The burgers are juicy and freshly-made to grilling perfection, and the Alabama white sauce will knock your socks off. The prices are ridiculously low, as I would happily pay twice the asking for the generous portions and extremely high quality of ingredients ... not to mention the obvious love, skill, and pride that go into the food. Bonus: no Styrofoam containers here, but reusable aluminum pans that just need a quick wash packed skillfully to avoid using too much container. And where else can you play cribbage while enjoying your food and superbly crafted cocktails?“
