I got an insane amount of delicious food for so cheap, the waitresses and bartender were so friendly and pretty and it was such a nice clean place with fun atmosphere! 10/10 would go again.
This is a pool hall with great food!

Phil's Bar & Grill is a lively and recently renovated establishment located in Salem, Oregon. The restaurant boasts a welcoming atmosphere, featuring a solid wood bar accented with colored resin, freshly painted walls, and a nicely rebuilt deck out back for smoking or dining. The venue offers a variety of entertainment options, including pool tables in great condition with new bumpers and felt, as well as lottery machines for those feeling lucky. The lighting around the pool tables is perfect for a fun game. The parking situation is convenient, with ample space available both in the front and back of the building. Whether looking to enjoy a few drinks, play a game of pool, or try video poker, Phil's Bar & Grill is a great spot to have a good time. The owner has put a lot of effort into improving the overall experience, and the restaurant is now a step up from its previous incarnation as Jake's. The food is delicious, especially the 24 oz ribeye steak and the Philly Cheese Steak, and the service is friendly and attentive, making for an enjoyable experience.
