Based on reviews, Suzy's Taqueria #2 Food Court is a spot that serves real, quality food with no shortcuts or fake taste. The tacos are juicy and flavorful, with fresh everything and salsa that actually hits. The pollo and asada tacos have impactful flavor, and the red sauce has heat but is not overwhelming. The Quesitacos with carne asada are perfectly good with a nicely done tortilla, and the Quesabirria and fish tacos are absolutely phenomenal. The birria is tasty and not dry at all. The ghost pepper salsa and reaper sauce are delicious but super spicy. The burrito is a favorite in Salem, with fresh, authentic flavors. The hardworking ladies operating are friendly and excellent chefs. This is a spot people randomly try once and end up going back every week.
