“The customer service at this location was amazing! I felt very welcomed and had quality service from the girl with the facial piercings which she covered up just for the sake of her job. My food came out quicker than quick and as a traveler I know which Popeyes I will be going to the next time I’m coming through Salem. The store was clean and well taken care of. Way to go!“

“My family and I love this place. Their sweet tea and spicy chicken are the best and so is Tami one of the managers. Tami has always made our experiences great . She knows my kids names and is always smiling, putting a personal touch on our family meals. As a manager she keeps things running smoothly. I am so grateful for Tami she always made our lives easier when we come in. Big shout out to Tami and her crew.“
“I went to pick up an Uber order, but I love Popeyes so I had to have some. I was trying to get chicken and a drink. What I ordered was a breast and small drink. The young man says you can get a 3 piece for less. OMG!!! Yes plz. When I got to the windows to pay i didn't have enough money so I said to take off the drink. He was so nice, no eye roll or any attitude, which I've come to expect these days. When I received both orders before I could pull away he gave me my drink. With a smile he said it's on the house. Then the chicken was AMAZING!!! I'm definitely going back. That trip to Popeyes was good.“
