I frequently go to xicha for meals with family and friends. We love the food and the atmosphere. Last weekend we had them cater an event for us. The food got many compliments and the service was fabulous.
Seriously the best empanadas I have ever had - we had guava margaritas too! Amazing’.
Great beer and amazing food! Perfect follow up to the original location in West Salem!

Xicha Brewing - North Salem - Taproom is a good spot in Salem with great vibes. The atmosphere is a big plus, featuring a pool table, other games, live music, community seating, and strong artwork and murals. It feels cultural and authentic, comfortable, and social. The drink selection is great, with beers like the 505 hatch chile beer and a spicy Paloma. Food is delicious and well-priced, including the barbacoa bowl, quesadilla, and nachos which are balanced and clean. The birria chimichanga is a must-try. The salsa selection is great and the fresh chips are so good. Service is good and everyone is friendly. The wait on food is not too long. Xicha also caters, with the taco bar being absolutely delicious and the churros a huge hit. The only gripe is the slow moving lines for drinks on busy days.
