Amidst the overly saturated taco truck scene in Salem lies El Ranchito, one of the city's more popular options and has the added bonus of being a late night destination. excellent eats! they took a large order for a meeting and consistently delivered on a quality food experience.the lengua tacos were ultra tender and tasty + green salsa and crema. they definitely will have my business next time I'm in town.
I have been eating here for over 10 years now. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't accept debt because it makes me look like I have a problem getting cash all time for my burrito addiction. It is a definite signature taste how they make their super burritos. the tomatio sauce that I drown it in makes it very unique and to wash it down with a Mexico Coca-Cola feels like I'm trapped in some raunchy food anime that utterly gives me absolute food gasms.
