“Grandma’s is just a little food truck. She has a picnic table outside that you can sit at. I chose to sit in my car and eat. It’s right behind the Pilot truckstop off of I-5. She offers breakfast lunch and dinner and will customize your burrito. However you want it. It’s a limited menu but very delicious. Don’t forget to tip grandma she deserves it!“

What caught my eye was the birria egg rolls, so I thought I’d give them a try, and boy am I glad I did. I opted for the avocado salsa and that made them even more yummy. The owners not only provide outstanding customer service and friendliness and are SO welcoming, but they also provide the cleanest most top quality meat (and food truck) you will find in a taco truck. Never a bite of fat or gristle! They also splurge with Red Onion instead of using your typical (cheaper) white onion. The street tacos come with two tortillas, LOADED with fresh full of flavor meat, and are garnished with the perfect amount of fresh finely cut cilantro and red onion and your choice of green or red salsa. The channa masala was absolutely delicious, the rice was otherworldly fragrant and light and the portion was more than enough to satisfy my husband and I's lunch craving.
