“The two ladies that have this food truck are so friendly and make delicious food! This was my first time here and I was super impressed with the food! My main mission for this visit ... the Tacodilla! It's part of the February 2024 meltdown. Which I will say is a winner! The perfect amount of meat and cheese and onions with grilled jalapeño on the side. The outside was crispy and the cheese gooey perfection. They won me over with this first impression and I'm definitely returning to try more of their menu. They also do call ahead orders which is a huge plus! The only negative I found was that they're closed on the weekends which really isn't a deal breaker anyways. Take a trip out here and get some good food! You won't regret it!“
“Note: Google takes you to Wilco which is not the correct location. The correct address is 500 SE Adams St. Behind El Rancho Market.Yum yum yum! Wowee the birria/consume combo here is incredible. We ordered the 3 quesabirria plate and a birria pizza. Both were full of flavor. Shout out to the salsa, all 3 were so so good. The Mac is a Mecca of amazing birria but this place takes the cake! I will be dreaming about it. The lady running the food truck was crushing it and was so sweet to us. Thank you!“
“Serious Mexican food truck in Mac. Burritos are awesome and huge. One will easily feed two. Special sauces are mouthwatering. New location is great with indoor seating, a real bar, and cute shops. The people are super friendly and are trying to make it a destination. Check em out.“
“really great macaroni cheese, pulled pork, ribs, and cajun tots. enjoyed both the original barbecue sauce and the sweet onion barbecue sauce. i have spent enormous amounts of time in texas visiting family- not as great as those options in tx, but compared to others in oregon, it’s great!“
“Some treasures best remain hidden (so I can horde them all for myself)! Hidden away, to the side of a busy mini-mall are a few food trucks (my favorite places to explore)! As most of you know, I never tell the vendors in advance that I am reviewing them so I get the food and service you will get when you visit an establishment! We have eaten at Boba trucks before. They are a bit pricey but the food is well worth it (or we wouldn’t be coming back!)! The corn on the cob is addictive! No other way to put it! This location went all out! I got the sweet chili chicken with rice. There was actually aggressive posturing over it when I got it home! Food worth fighting over! I love watching people eat. Their facial expressions tell all! The convict “I will kill you if you even look at my food” glare. The “that was better than sex” closed eyed contentment. The covetous look of a child who just ate your portion!!! That chicken was so good! We usually get their hotdogs but, man that chicken was so fa king good! I know what we are having for lunch today!“
“Simple and unassuming meditterranean food cart and food, but oh so tasty. Definitely a place to go if you value taste and food quality, you know, when it's in your mouth.Had a Lamb Shwarma wrap. As in, small chunks of quite nice and tender (and not fatty) lamb meat, well seasoned, with nice accoutrements, in a fresh lavash wrap. Friend had a lamb gyro. Not made with the usual stereotypical Kronos gyro meat product.“
“Quiet little food truck. Amazing food, really good flavors, huge portions for the price. I ordered the Thai Cashew Chicken and the owner was really sweet. I'll definitely come here again, next time to test the spicy version. ??Kid-friendliness: The owner is very sweet and kind. She treats everyone like a valued friend almost.“
