Kate’s has a reputation for great food, but her service is next level for a food truck! I came at a busy time, so she took my order and I ran another errand. She sent me text updates to keep me updated on when our order would be ready, and when she saw me pull in, she walked my food out and loaded it in the car for me. She even followed up later to make sure we enjoyed our food… which also exceeded expectations! Highly recommend!
After YEARS of being told to get Kate’s I finally did - and it didn’t disappoint! I got several items so I could sample everything and the best bite was her glass noodles over rice! Definitely will be getting lunch again there soon.
Each time I try something new Kate has made I think, "Now THIS is my favorite". It makes it hard to want to try new things but I persevere lol. Top three: Thai crispy chicken, chicken wonton soup, and Kate's boneless wings. And ALWAYS order the mango sticky rice when in season! She is generous with her portions and the prices are fair. Very nice lady as well.

You can taste the love in her grandma's recipes. Kate made my day.
