Hands down best authentic Thai food! Kate is the kindest soul and you can taste the love in everything she creates! 10/10 would recommend- I love the panang curry, green curry, pad see eww, tamarind chicken, drunken noodles, sun dried pork, beef noodle soup & chicken dumplings- her menu changes weekly which you can find on her facebook page. I have never had anything from her that I did not enjoy & it’s always worth trying something new, even if you already have your favorites. She takes care of her guests and always goes above and beyond. ?

Everything everyone has said about Kate and her food is true. I tried it for the first time a couple fridays ago, ordered shrimp pad Thai and chicken pad Thai (I always try the pad Thai first since it is such a classic dish I use it to judge whether or not I want to try the other dishes lol) and I can say I've tried all the Thai food in Salem and Hillsboro and mcminville and this is BY FAR THE BEST. Seriously, hands down. Went back a couple weeks later and got beef yakisoba (beef tender and melted in your mouth), and chicken drunken noodles. I typically split my meals into two or 3 portions, but.... I ate the whole thing in a couple hours (not that the sizes are small, they definitely aren't for what you pay) because it was so good I had no self control. Handmade spring rolls made fresh to order too. Seriously she is super cool, and you can tell how much she cares about her food and wants her customers to have the best experience (insists people try the pad Thai sauce so they don't order something they don't like)... She keeps her Facebook page updated as well with the weekly changing menus! Yeah, I'm a huge fan. Thanks for giving me delicious food out here in Mac
