“This pizza is easily Mcminnville's finest!Neopolitan, with locally sourced and house made ingredients. The creativity, ever changing specials and seasonal awareness are brilliant! The staff is friendly, professional, curteous, and never overbearing. I love this restaurant for many reasons! Don't skip the arancini, it is masterful, and also incorporates seasonal special inspiration in addition to the standard tried and true. The short ribs with polenta will have you comforted, and tearing up at the same time! I can give my highest recommendation for this restaurant! Chef Jeremy has some very simple and delicious direction, with truly amazing creativity, and with a relatively tight space he manages to crank out busy service with what appears to be "ease". Bravo!!!”
“Oh, let me tell you about my delightful experience at La Rambla Restaurant & Bar! From the moment we stepped inside, I knew we were in for a treat! The ambiance was charming, with a cozy atmosphere that just invited us in. Now, let's talk about the food - oh my goodness, it was beyond amazing! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and had that authentic taste that you just can't find anywhere else. It was like a culinary journey through Spain right here in town! From the paella to the tapas, every bite was a delight for the taste buds! But what truly blew me away was the staff. Let me share a little story with you - we accidentally came in through the back door and sat down without realizing we needed a reservation. But instead of turning us away, the staff welcomed us with open arms and accommodated us without a single question. Now, that's what I call exceptional service! I can't say enough good things about the wonderful folks at La Rambla. Their kindness and hospitality made our dining experience truly memorable. It's no wonder I make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in town. La Rambla has become like a home away from home for me, and I recommend it highly to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!”
“I have eaten there twice and plan on becoming a regular. Both times the food was outstanding and the wait staff excellent. Awesome ambience good for lunch meetings or casual dinners. Full bar, good beer selection. I did not see it they have wines but sure they must. I had Chana Masala and garlic naan. Very tasty. The naan came out steaming and I ordered more half way through the Chana masala which they had out in minutes.”
“Great to excellent food, professional to excellent service on each of my visits so far. I especially liked the flavored rooibos tea, all of the cumin-forward kebab selections (shrimp, kofta, chicken) and the halloumi with perfectly crisped broccolini was narrowly able to upstage the tumeric tinged citrus green salad. This place is great!”
“Nice beer experience with ForeLand Beer! Based out of McMinnville, Oregon... a place I am intrigued with due to McMenamins' UFO festival and my obsession with the town and it's breweries steadily became to be more of a priority. But to stay on topic and not go on and on about how exciting it would be for me to go to a UFO festival I will delve onto the beers I had from this brewery. I had two beers from ForeLand and both were very solid! Probably my favorite was the Glass Volcano, a dark lager with a great roasty, coffee flavor with a bit of sweetness. It then has a clean finish which contributed to a very enjoyable lager overall. Mesmeric Gaze was the next beer Steve and I enjoyed. It was an IPA with very fine flavors of pine and citrus generating a slightly tropical reminder. One of the better IPA'S I have had in the last month or so. Definitely a rewarding beer experience with this brewery and a worthy stop to make regardless if UFO's are involved or not.”
“I have not been to the pub but have bough their beer in Salem area. I have also been gifted their beer at Christmas and was super thankful. Impressed! Stout was dark, chewy and flavorful! People seem to love their GF food. I'm betting I'll give them a 5 once I eat at location. This is on my Christmas wish list for beer a beer gift.”
“Steve has the most wonderful service! We came in right before close and he graciously made our experience so special for my friends birthday! 10 out of 10 — I recommend and will be back!”
“My mom and I stopped in here last Sunday to check out their selection and we were so impressed! The customer service was incredible and we had such a wonderful time tasting their selection of wines! We plan to return and enjoyed ourselves so much learning about the different soils!”
“Every Memorial Day and/or Thanksgiving, I make a trip out to visit Westrey's warehouse in McMinnville. Dave and Amy are such great hosts who make amazing wine! I always have to buy pinot from Justice, Oracle, and Abbey Ridge because I can never decide on a favorite because they are so elegant and interesting in their own way.If you want to support a small family winery, this is it! Don't miss it on your trip to McMinnville!”
“Didn’t eat any food....guessing that would be a 5 star experience as well. Teresa is fabulous. We visited this tasting room 3x. Not a bad sip from any bottle. The Trio and the the Syrah are amazing, there isn't any wine we didn’t enjoy. Big reds. Lots of fun. Delicious. Yum. We will be back!!”
“My wife and I visited this tasting room once as novice tasters and had an amazing experience! Just to verify that it wasn't a fluke we came back a second time and it was just as fantastic as the first time! Rich is a very personable and professional host!”
“This was such a special dinner. Excellent in every way . Unique or classic, each dish was so exceptional! Fine fusion ? Upscale casual ? I don't know what to call this "vibe" but I really could fall in love with this venue ! Our server was completely competent yet completely casual, great ! Our first round of mixed drinks was an eye opener ! This nosh is complex ! We were blown away by our firsts ... "bread & fat "was so much more than implied ... and steak tar-tar ...a classic seldom seen today ... they really nailed it ! I will return for drinks and starters without a doubt , as soon as possible! For our entree we all chose quail and were really happy with its lovely presentation ,a wholesome feast. Farm to table at its best . A perfect place to savor the best of what Oregon has on offer .”
“A favorite for authentic French county cooking. Excellent Coque au Vin. Delicious seasonal salads, beet, chevre, croquet. Good confit de canard. Mussels in creme sauce. Sumptuous deserts. Excellent Pavlova, creme brulet, chocolat creme cake!”
“We always have the best time when we stop in to this tasting room on 3rd st. The young ladies working there are so friendly, welcoming, & knowledgeable. The roasted cashews are out of this world...they make them there on site, and serve them warm...yum! The wines are some of the very best in Willamette Valley, and we cannot wait to return. Their tasting room is so welcoming...and the large chandelier is gorgeous! Cheers! Heidi”
“This place is absolutely gorgeous, with great wine to match. This is the wine that made me both a wine lover, and a wine snob. As it's almost butter-like smoothness is unparalleled among a diverse wine scene. When planning wineries to visit in the Mid-Willamette Valley, I highly recommend stopping by Maysara.”
“We were visiting my Sister-in-law in Eugene and were looking for a good lunch spot. She recommended Elizabeth Chambers Cellar and they did not disappoint! The food and atmosphere were excellent and great service too! I will be back next time I'm in Eugene.”
“We came into NW Cru on a Friday. They had a nice karaoke night (good sounding system and singers). The ambiance is upscale, but chill and unpretentious. What made our experience next level was the service we had. Jared, who was attending to us, and those sitting around us, was truly amazing--best wine suggestions, and just a super friendly and cool server. Being from the industry, the service is distinctively better than most other spots in town. We stayed and sang and I would suggest anyone reading this go and check it out for yourself, they got a good thing going on.”
“Absolutely amazing attentive staff, really explained the dishes and made sure you could customize it as needed. Made some great suggestions for me and I got exactly what I was craving. If you love seafood you have to come here!”
“Popped in here on a random weekday to find they were fully booked - all good. Despite that, Easton was super welcoming and let us try a couple wines free of charge. Super tasty wine and super friendly staff, I definitely recommend stopping here!”
“Wonderful food! I ordered the meatloaf dinner and it was excellent! Good cider too.The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. Nice seating with lots of dark wood, and it wasn't too loud to be able to carry on a normal conversation. The chocolate torte for dessert didn't hurt either.”
“This place is fantastic! We went for a Saturday afternoon meal. They had an elevator to take you to the 3rd floor. We asked for outdoor seating and they quickly accommodated. Our waiter was very kind. My son got a root beer float and a cheeseburger. I got the 1882 pink drink, beet salad, and clam chowder. I wish I'd ordered the bowl of the clam chowder. I try the clam chowder at every place I go. This was by far one of the best I have ever had. It was stuffed with clams and potatoes. It was well worth the money. The restaurant is 3 1/2 hours from my house, and I would come up with an excuse to make the drive back for it.If you find yourself in or driving through McMinnville, make a pitstop and try it. Parking is street parking.”
“Everything is delightful and really good ? just when I went there thay did not have many staff and it was bust but over all the places was delayed and really good ?”
“I stopped at the cart near Staples on Saturday. I couldnt resist because the line was long & i had a project in the store that would take 20 minutes. Loved the people making donuts & everyone in line was in a good mood to. Lots of excited kids to add to the ambiance. It was my first time so i tried 3 different types, but the apple cidar was by far my favorite & the only one i finished. Im not big on sweets, so take that into condideration on my review. I bet every kid in line would give it more than 5 stars. Ill go back with my grandsons.”
“I got the Big Juan! This location is pickup and delivery only but it has the same signature delicious pizzas as the other locations!I got mine during one of the busiest times of the season and got great service and my pizza in less than 30 minutes! All things said, an awesome experience!”
“It's a typical McMenamins pub. Fun little rooftop bar and mostly all the same things you get at every McMenamins, but nothing to complain about other than it was a little bit old and stinky. I definitely recommend taking the over 90 stairs to the rooftop bar as that will help you work off your delicious truffle as always with McMenamins. The service is good and quirky.”
“Fantastic New American restaurant in Oregon wine country. We walked in for brunch at 12:30 on a Sunday in April and sat at the bar. We got incredible service from their friendly bartender Steven. The double smash cheeseburger and the chicory Caesar salad were two of the best versions we’ve had in a long time, and their homemade Oreos and milk were an unforgettable dessert. Their orange cassis gin & tonic was a memorably great take on a G&T.Even better, most ingredients are sourced from the restaurant’s own farm.”
