“I had my first visit just this last week and I was really happy to see what a great, healthy and delicious menu it has! 100% rating on all flavors! Chicken kebab, Moroccan mint tea, Mezza sampler and the chicory salad all have high quality ingredients. The value of that for me is why I can enjoy dining out these days. Not just a menu of burgers and fries or tacos that are easy to make at home. I will keep Cypress on my top list of local restaurants worth returning too! The service level of quality management is very enjoyable.”

“This is a hidden gem! Tucked in the hills, the tasting room has a beautiful view of the vineyard and forest. There are wild turkeys nearby adding to the charm. The wines are named after Persian historical figures and the staff share the unique stories and connections to the Persian winery owners. We had a lovely visit and the wines are all great!”

And they have vegan-friendly mochas 🥲 The only thing is I don’t think the syrup was mixed in fully because I barely tasted the chocolate until I reheated and stirred the rest later at home. “A Must-Visit Lunch Spot in McMinnville! Every time I visit McMinnville, this restaurant is at the top of my list—and once again, it did not disappoint! In fact, my friend and I loved it so much that we had lunch here twice during our trip. The corn chowder was absolutely fantastic—so creamy with just the right amount of seasoning. My friend enjoyed the ½ Turkey Sandwich, while I devoured the Chicken Cashew Salad, which was fresh and delicious. The broccoli cheddar soup was just okay, but the tomato vegetable soup was a standout, according to my friend. And let’s not forget the in-house wheat bread—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect complement to our meal. Our waitress, Andrea, was incredible! I highly recommend asking for her—she was attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better. To finish, we split a lemon cupcake—our only regret was sharing it! It was perfectly moist, and the cream cheese icing was out of this world. Don’t miss your chance to enjoy an amazing lunch here. Hours: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM.”

The inside is bigger than it looks. And the bar side is super cozy. 100/10 recommend!”

Cold shrimp coctel needed some Valentina and Maggi. They didn't skimp on the shrimp. Sadly, they committed the ultimate sin (for me) they did NOT devein the shrimp. Ugh. I make my own coctel so would probably not get another one here.
We will try going in next time. I think it be better if eaten there. This was a door dash order.”

“The service here is hit or miss. I started frequenting this shop because they are one of the only few places in town with huckleberry flavoring. The first experience was great, second had a lonnggg 15m plus wait for only one car on each side and ordering just an infused redbull & lemonade. My third experience here was the worst one, I ordered a kids blended drink, the staff asked if I wanted whip cream on it which I agreed to. However, I expected the whip cream to be in the cup like most all other normal coffee shops would do.... This wasn't the case! They put a heaping amount of whipped cream right on the lid of the cup... who in their right mind is going to hand a child that disaster in a car. I was completely dumb founded. Zero napkins provided either... so even when I got the lid cleaned off for my child it was a completely sticky mess. The drink also wasn't blended properly creating a huge ice brick in the center that was unconsumable. Maybe it was this specific worker, but have refused to get a child's blended drink since. other than that the infused redbulls and lemonade are good. Can't comment on food or coffee yet.”

I began to have a bunch of health issues and couldn't visit for a couple months. The warm welcome back was just what I needed. Your staff has laughed with me, listened to my troubles, comforted me after learning of the loss of my 15 yo granddaughter, and celebrated with me as if they were my family! Bravo! You've hired some of the best Broistas on the planet! I am blessed just to know them! This staff needs to be protected at all costs! The world is a better place because they are in it. “Berts chuckwagon is some of the better barbecue we have around here. Trouble is in the northwest we just don’t have a lot of barbecue. I feel like the sides are what really shine. His ribs are good. They do it smoked style but they are pretty tough and dry and that’s what happens when you smoke ribs. Mine are like 10 times better in the oven and so juicy they fall off the bone. He’s a nice guy and the prices are moderate for what they offer portions are pretty generous. I’ve eaten here multiple times when I didn’t feel like cooking. Will probably come back again. But I do prefer to make my own barbecue over berts.”

We have eaten at Boba trucks before. They are a bit pricey but the food is well worth it (or we wouldn’t be coming back!)! The corn on the cob is addictive! No other way to put it! This location went all out! I got the sweet chili chicken with rice. There was actually aggressive posturing over it when I got it home! Food worth fighting over! I love watching people eat. Their facial expressions tell all! The convict “I will kill you if you even look at my food” glare. The “that was better than sex” closed eyed contentment. The covetous look of a child who just ate your portion!!! That chicken was so good! We usually get their hotdogs but, man that chicken was so fa king good! I know what we are having for lunch today!”

“Best house made Pot Stickers in Yamhill County. The atmosphere is vintage 1970's Chinese restaurant style. The bar has had a small renovation the flooring has been redone and additional seating has been added. The service is always great and the food is scratch made. When you order sweet and sour chicken you actually get pretty good sized pieces of chicken not just breading. Their pot stickers are large and made in house not frozen! We have tried almost everything on the menu and every dish has been excellent. Our favorite go to is an order of pot stickers. Then we pick 3 from their Pick Favorites selection; crab puffs, BBQ pork, and sweet and sour chicken. Seriously the best Chinese food I have had in a very long time. I like that they do not use artificial coloring or MSG. The owners are very nice and great people which is refreshing. They also own Kin's Bar and Grill in Lafayette, Or. I was told we could get the same amazing pot stickers there as well. FYI they do have a lot of pool tournaments at any given time. We still got great service and food even with so much going on.”

The pork burrito was plentiful (2 meals for an old guy), very moist and tender. Rice and beans were home cooked, fresh and delicious. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. Because of the high ceilings with exposed beams your conversation stays at your table as there is no echo. Prices were very reasonable. You may sit inside or out. Go!”
