ForeLand Beer - McMinnville Brewery Brewery • $$
777 NE 4th St, McMinnville

“Nice beer experience with ForeLand Beer! Based out of McMinnville, Oregon... a place I am intrigued with due to McMenamins' UFO festival and my obsession with the town and it's breweries steadily became to be more of a priority. But to stay on topic and not go on and on about how exciting it would be for me to go to a UFO festival I will delve onto the beers I had from this brewery. I had two beers from ForeLand and both were very solid! Probably my favorite was the Glass Volcano, a dark lager with a great roasty, coffee flavor with a bit of sweetness. It then has a clean finish which contributed to a very enjoyable lager overall. Mesmeric Gaze was the next beer Steve and I enjoyed. It was an IPA with very fine flavors of pine and citrus generating a slightly tropical reminder. One of the better IPA'S I have had in the last month or so. Definitely a rewarding beer experience with this brewery and a worthy stop to make regardless if UFO's are involved or not.“

Bierly Brewing Brewery • $$

“I have not been to the pub but have bough their beer in Salem area. I have also been gifted their beer at Christmas and was super thankful. Impressed! Stout was dark, chewy and flavorful! People seem to love their GF food. I'm betting I'll give them a 5 once I eat at location. This is on my Christmas wish list for beer a beer gift.“

Evasion Brewing Brewery •
4230 NE Riverside Dr, McMinnville

“This is a must have if you love beer and are needing/wanting Gluten Free! Their beer is delicious!!! My non gluten free family after trying the Blonde all said “WOW!! No way this is gluten free!! This is good!!” Yes!! It is that good!! I personally prefer light beers and they have a great selection of lighter ones, among other darker beers to! They have lots to choose from! Something for everyone! Their customer service is way beyond amazing!!! My Husband and I had planned a spontaneous trip to McMinnville to visit their brewery for the 1st time. Our area had been hit hard with a snow/ice storm for a week and our area is not used to seeing that kind of weather. My husband and I had been cooped up indoors for a week and was looking to get out and go enjoy a delicious beverage. We live 1 1/2 hours away from the brewery and Unfortunately, due to weather and unforeseen circumstances the brewery was closed when we arrived. After reaching out to the company regarding the closure. One of the owners (Josh) reached out to me, and went completely over the awesome limit to super amazing awesome status. He had made arrangements to bring me out some of their amazing beer to Vancouver!! I’ve never seen a company go beyond and kindly do that!! That was unexpected and so greatly appreciated!! Thank you Josh!! I’m an Evasioner for life now!!! ??“

McMenamins Rooftop Bar Bar & Grill • $
310 NE Evans St, McMinnville

“It's a typical McMenamins pub. Fun little rooftop bar and mostly all the same things you get at every McMenamins, but nothing to complain about other than it was a little bit old and stinky. I definitely recommend taking the over 90 stairs to the rooftop bar as that will help you work off your delicious truffle as always with McMenamins. The service is good and quirky.“

Crowing Hen Brewery •
10282 NE Abbey Rd, Carlton

“We stopped by after the Alt wine festival at the Abbey Road Farm, and they had some great beer and the staff was very friendly! We loved the seltzer (it was almost 90 degrees outside) we plan to come back if we're in the area and hope to see them in the stores soon! Great find out in wine country!“
