“My husband the pups and I decided to try out a few new breweries this weekend and ended up here. We sat outside and it was comfortable. The beers were very good, I got the Chela Fresca and my husband got the Brite (it reminded me of a Bavarian Radler)
We plan on coming back again.“
“It is undoubtedly one of the best winery bars in Portland, with the best wines, environment, and atmosphere. They make a lot of experimental wines that are very special and delicious. The bar is decorated in the style of a jazz bar, and the music is played on vinyl records. There are drinking spaces on the first and second floors, both of which are very comfortable. It's a pity that they only get a lot of customers coming in to drink when there are events nearby. I hope everyone will come and support us even when there are no activities.“
“Shared wings and Brussels sprouts - great beer. Had a wonderful experience.“

“It had been a few years since I been there, and it was the same...great beers and delicious food. Also, going in the summer is the best, love the outdoor space.“
“Fantastic pizza, great beer selection, convenient parking, fun location, nice staff. Love this place. Our only complaint is the volume of the music that is always blasting. I get it. I've worked service jobs in the past and you are focusing on your crew. But the high volume of the music makes it hard to talk to your friends. Please turn it down tad? Otherwise, this place is wonderful.“
“Very cool vibes at Threshold! The beer selection is fun and the bartender was very chill. There’s not much food selection here, but the area does have plenty of places to get something to eat.We went on a Friday which I think is karaoke night! It was fun for the time we were there, but very loud! There was outdoor seating, but it is not heated so dress warm.“
“We are not "gluten free," but had to stop by to try the brews to see what the hype was about. The brews we tried were pretty good and I couldn't really tell what the "gluten free" process does by taste alone. The brews were good enough that if you had to live "gluten free" this place would be heaven. Worth a tasting try anyway.“
“We love having a beer at Occidental. Often, we take a deck of cards and a cribbage board and hangout while enjoying a delicious brew. My favorite of late is a Japanese inspired rice beer. My husband consistently goes for the Hefeweizen. The only downside is the lack of food... We do hear that they may add a food cart or two. We hope it's true!“
“Sarah and Abby are the greatest bartenders I have ever experienced. Both so considerate and observant and just pleasant af. Always know when I am ready for another drink. Also just so sweet and kind and cool and make me feel so special. The reason I come! Thank you for making me and my friends feel so good. I hope your employer knows how incredibly cool and valuable you are! I will come again and again to see you both!“

“Stopped in for the celebration of the Little Beast / Harvest Moon Brewery (Japan).
It's a rare thing to find a great rice lager so perhaps it should be done by one of the United States' preeminent rare beer brewers. The addition of great, wild yeasts in this beer was bold, impressive and lovely to experience.“

“This airy, plant filled bottle shop and pub just opened right off the Yellow Line in Kenton. It’s spacious, bright and inviting. The staff are friendly and their tap list is good, plus they have lots of delicious to-go options. Happy to have them in the neighborhood!
Update 2024: Love Mayfly more than ever! They always have a great selection of fun rotating cans/bottles/taps. They frequently have events and food pop ups. Most importantly, they allow minors until 6pm now which makes it easier for our family to enjoy them.“

“Great setup with the various food vendors that are part of the building. Lots of different styles of beer and the server was friendly. The Timbers were on TV and this seems like a fun place to watch a game but we couldn’t stick around. Would like to come back in the summer and enjoy the covered patio.“

“This neighborhood pub in St. John's is a good place for consistent food and drinks. I usually order a cheese burger and Cadillac marg. Both are always tasty. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and offer good suggestions (if you can't decide or have questions). Inside and outside seating is available, including a small out building for a small group or intimate meal. The atmosphere in the main pub building is dark, cozy pub feeling. Walls are covered in art work. Has an upper level for movies. The parking lot is adjacent and has entry into the outside/garden area. From there, you enter into the pub.Very cozy and interesting place.“

“Lynn was incredibly helpful when I needed to create a gift for our head carpenter. She helped me choose beer and a tee shirt and then helped me carry everything to the car. I can't say enough about the service. Thanks Lynn.“

“I've always loved McMenamins. Great service and great food. Best part is learning the history at each location! Fish and chips, beer is top notch! Have to give a huge shoutout to Ryan, our waiter. Superior service with a smile and went above and beyond to make my 10 year old comfortable!!! Such a sweetheart, will be back to see him!“
“Great remodel from when it was Modern Times Fermentorium…good beer selection, friendly service…great overall experience!“
“I love ruse. I have been a patron since they opened. Frequent both crust collective and SE. one of the few taprooms that allows dogs inside- which is awesome. Not a fan of their recent pricing changes. $8 for a couvers light? When it’s $4 in a can. I can understand the simplicity of having them all cost the same but Seems more like a cash grab.“
“Great beer, great people, fantastic decor in a comfortable setting. Awesome food next door. Go there now!“
“Great fun gluten free corn dogs with Honey Butter Country Fair! Great gluten free beer too.“
“A great little pod with uneven offerings.
The 10 food trucks here are of great quality, but several of them them don't keep the most regular hours and/or are only open part time ( one truck is open only 3 hrs/ day, Thurs thru Sun? Wut?? )
Still, if the stars are right, and everything goes according to plan, you can get a great meal to go with your great beer... and they do have some great beer here!“
“Up and coming little nano brewery in the north side of town, no food served but Thai food truck right out front and home brew supply store next door. The location is a modern mix of industrial brewing equipment and hip tasting room decor with bar games, small patio area, etc. The staff and owners were really friendly, happily providing tastes and information about the establishment. Started with the Ginger Kid Vanilla Red Ale, a decent red, malty in flavor and medium body. Moved on to Gnome Bard Wit, which was a refreshingly nice and light beer for a hot day! Decent bite to it. Also tried the Tiny House Session, another good one, better than the previous in my opinion, more suited for a laid back beer to quench the thirst without getting too buzzed. Lastly, came the Common Cut, which I did not care for too much. All in all a great visit, being a fairly new brewery, I look forward to what they have in store next. With single barrel batches, they often introduce new taps so stay tuned! Check out their website, it will win you over pronto! Thanks guys, see ya again soon! Best, ~S“
“I want to say that I am impressed a friend invited me to this brewery, I was skeptical at first, but I was trilled after I've tasted the beers. We had two sets of samplers with 12 different beers, which I can tell that they have a variety of beers!I really enjoyed my time here.“

“If you are in portland do make it a point t to visit Leikam, it's not downtown, not fancy, next to under consturction lots...BUT it's a must!
What they lack in location they make up in the best bar crew, backyard bar feel..so fun to just chill and chat about anything under the sun or moon.
Oh and the beers awesome too!!
Forget the fancy Portland breweries..this is the one to be at!“
“Showed up late in the evening again, barely making last call. It was empty but had a good conversation with the only other customer and staff. Only had the Japanese lager in keeping with my final last days in Portland, no more hopps for awhile. They also had an MKIII in the corner I didn't get a chance to feed. Worth a trip if in the area“

“I saw a review on crypto investment that changed my story for good. I never believed it at first but after much convincing by my account manager in the person of Mrs Craig Vanessa I decided to give it a trial with just $5,000 even though there was a lower cost of investment. Starting with this, I made a profit of $35,500 in the first week. I am sharing this here for those that may have an interest. Mrs. Craig Vanessa is genuine and her style of trade is unique. Completely top-notch and different from the rest. Contact her today and you will not regret it. Send her a DM on WhatsApp via the number on her Facebook: Mrs Craig Vanessa“

“Beer is always exceptional. Sours are always on point and my favorite. The food is okay and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Disappointed they didn’t have at least one other kid food option, especially since I have a peanut allergy kiddo.“

“Stopped in here for a bite to eat and a few drinks. Place was lovely, very nice architecture inside and the bench seats were pleasant and comfortable. Had the burgers which were not over salted and were juicy. The Dopplebock was amazing though, one of my favs for sure.“
“If I lived in Portland I'd come here regularly. The beer was amazing and Jason was awesome to talk to. It was really cool experiencing a nano brewery and trying some awesome beers made by someone who loves beer. The hazy IPA I had was amazing and I'm definitely going to miss it.“
“Making our way to Thunder Island for a sunny stroll, we stopped here for a bite - and wow, were we impressed! Staff were super friendly, food was spot on (we had mahi mahi fish tacos and pulled pork sandwich with rosemary garlic fries), beers were delicious, and the building and grounds have such a welcoming, peaceful vibe with incredible views all around (not shown are the river and Bridge of the Gods views). Dogs welcome too! We can't wait to return and definitely recommend a visit to Gorges!“

“Irish pub with an array of irish food options on the menu and their own beer as an option. Mostly traditional styles. They also have an extensive whiskey list. There is something for everyone. The man who served us was very attentive and helpful.“
“One of my favorite haunts. Folks here are super friendly and remember your face, and what you order. It's a regular go-to for my Kendo club after practice so we can unwind with good vibes. The take home drinks are top notch and they even have deep fried pickles! One of the only places around here that serves my favorite snack. Five stars!“
“This is another gem in the McMenamins line of fun, historical establishments - and by far my favorite! Been here many times over the years - actually even had my very first lobster roll EVER here (as a special item years ago) and it was amazing. The vibe is so quirky - you definitely feel like you’re walking the halls of your old elementary school - except there are bars and a lively restaurant and even a brewery haha!! The staff has always been super welcoming and friendly. The food at their main Courtyard Restaurant has always been great. On my last visit (July 2023), I had their chicken salad sandwich on croissant and it was SO GOOD!! Even their tater tots were perfectly cooked. And they even have some of the best iced tea I’ve had outside of the south! Their menu changes seasonally so it’s always a treat to try something new. After eating, leave time to explore - the grounds are just gorgeous and you’ll get lost in the nostalgia as you wander around the old school’s hallways. They have several bars - one is huge and has total steampunk vibes. They have a small hotel and a salt water pool - even the bathrooms are beautiful. I’d definitely like to stay here next time - but I imagine it can be a tad spooky at night haha! The school opened back in 1915 so it’s a historic building. The wall art is gorgeous and there are lots of info signs and historical pics scattered around. It’s in a good location in north Portland with plenty of parking and easy to find. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!“

“Vibes & food were 10/10! The service was sub par. The rooftop was split between table service and bar service - all being open seating. Bar service side was the only side with an open table so we sat down. I went to order a couple drinks and an appetizer from the bar and there was a pretty long line and only one bartender. Once I did get to the bar, the gentleman working was very nice and made us great drinks, you could just tell he could have used a hand. Same thing again when I went to order our main meals. It was a week day, so I hope they have more individuals working on the weekend! The bartender seemed to have the same size section as the two servers on the rooftop. I’d go back again, but maybe sit downstairs.“
“Cozy Neighborhood venue, perfect for dinner, special events, private parties, friendly staff.“
