I have had a closet obsession with this brewery when I would visit every year or so from the Midwest when wine tasting in Willamette Valley. Fast forward a decade and now I live in Seattle near an amazing taproom who brings in Heater Allen beers (The Bine in Bothell). Life is good.
Probably the bests lager house in oregon
This was recommended from my great friend Brit and Heater Allen didn't disappoint.
Outstanding beer and the food truck Brassi serves pea risotto with chicken (optional with charge) and holy shhhh was it delicious. I can't seem to wrap my brain around getting risotto from a food truck at a small brewery.
I can see why this is a staple in McMinnville.
OH and the weekend I came JUST so happened to be the UFO parade and festival. The biggest in the world!
