“I’ve eaten at Blind Pig several times and always had a great meal. Last Friday (February 27) I had the absolute best smash burger I’ve ever had. ANYWHERE. Lots of grilled onions, I had grease running down my arms. DELICIOUS!!! I don’t know if they have a new cook or what, but now I dream of that burger and can’t wait to go back.”

“Had a great tasting experience here on a rainy afternoon! So cozy inside on the couches and our host Brit was so lovely to talk to. I loved hearing about the history of the place and seeing the soil in jars 🤓 and the wines were excellent. I loved and would totally buy almost all of the ones we tasted. The winery itself is intriguing—it may appear to be a simple storefront in the city, but it boasts stunning views of the valley and mountains. “We recently visited Ken Wright Cellars for a wine tasting and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the experience. Our host, Sidney, struck the perfect balance between education and hospitality. She spent just the right amount of time with us, providing excellent insight into the winemaking process while also allowing us plenty of time to relax and enjoy each other's company.

Our favorite wine of the tasting was the Willamette Valley Chardonnay, which was absolutely outstanding. We also ordered a charcuterie board that complemented the wines beautifully, with a well-balanced selection of cheeses, crackers, nuts, and olives.

One of the things that impressed us most about Ken Wright Cellars was the variety of wine club membership options available. The flexibility and benefits made it easy to find a membership that fit our interests. We were so impressed by the wines, the service, and the overall experience that we joined the wine club that very day.

“This place has sentimental value for me, but even without that I give it 5/5. The wines were incredible, the view was absolutely amazing, and Mary Lou, who guided our tasting, was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We booked a tasting ahead of time, which is recommended. We went midweek, so we were actually the only people there for almost the entire tasting. A group came in as we were tasting our final wine and deciding on what to purchase. Reservations are recommended, but if they have room they’ll take you as a walk in! My parents were married here 31 years ago, so to be able to visit with my husband and experience it was incredible. I highly recommend visiting, buying some wine, and enjoying your time at Anne Amie! They will ship wine to you (depending upon the state you live in) and you can also ship it yourself from the Newberg Mail Room! You can buy their wines online, too. Amazing experience!”

“This was our first experience at Carlton Corners and we were thrilled with the hospitality and our meals. Our waitress was Katelyn was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The cooks did a great job preparing our food and it came out piping hot and in a timely manner.
We came on Father's Day and called ahead for reservations.
They were accommodating with our requests for specific alterations to our meals.
The chicken tenders were hand dipped to perfection. The french fries had an amazing mix of seasonings. I was thrilled
because they also offered my favorite sweet potato
fries, which were absolutely delicious as well.
I ordered a slice of Lemon Drop Cheesecake to go and it was DIVINE! Stop here for a great meal in Carlton.”
