Didn't expect much from a food truck in the middle of nowhere but Mayla Thai surprised the heck out of me and might be one of the better thai meals I've had in a while. I had the pad thai, masaman curry and the egg rolls and all were really solid and the egg rolls were the best I've had in a while (and I don't really love egg rolls typically). Little red trailer in a parking lot, Mayla is adorable. Very authentic Thai food. Extremely fresh and tasteful. I crave going back. (in pics, mango with sticky rice and shrimp pineapple rice dish)

Great Thai food truck in Carlton. Ingredients are all fresh and tasty. We ordered chicken egg rolls, tofu salad rolls, pad thai, pineapple fried rice, and yellow curry. The salad rolls were huge! One salad roll here is what you usually get as two in a restaurant (because the restaurant cuts it in half). FYI, you must call in advance to place an order. We had a big order, so we called at 11:30am and were given a 12:30pm pick-up time. She is not taking walk-up orders at this time....read full review
