“Very fun place if you plan ahead and get into the 5 course set menu. The owner/head chef comes out and explains each dish and the wine pairing. Not a drinker myself but I smelled each wine with the food and recognized how they fit together. They served a Montepulciano d'Abruzzo for the fourth course which smelled amazing. It was paired with a slow cooked pork loin. The food was good Italian fare. Staff made it special. The owner is full of personality and stories. The show he puts on is half the reason to go. Great for a celebration as the restaurant celebrates with you.”

“As a part of my Sperm Donation World Tour of the USA, I came here as my first winery in Oregon and it was brilliant. Joseph was amazing very uplifting and vibrant personality took me through a flight of wines. I amc not a fan of SB but its every where in Australia and New Zealand. So gotta say this is probably the best one I have tried in thr States to date. Liked the Pinot Noir range also.”

“We had the most incredible experience at this vineyard! We didn’t have a reservation, and they were actually closed when we arrived, but one of my friends had been wanting to visit because of their podcast collaboration with Game of Roses. We were honestly a little skeptical at first about a wine being known because of a podcast, but Collin Styring and his family completely exceeded our expectations.
Collin graciously opened the property for us and gave us a private tour. We were visiting Oregon wine country for the very first time all the way from Texas, and we couldn’t have asked for a more special introduction to the Willamette Valley. Every single wine we tried was absolutely outstanding, with Collin even bringing out specific wines for us to taste.
What really stood out was how much effort, passion, and personal care Collin and his family put into everything they do. They were incredibly generous with their time and even opened up the behind-the-scenes side of the vineyard, walking us through their bottling and wine-making processes. They have taken a traditional craft and made it incredibly personal and unique—something that feels truly special and unlike anywhere else we visited in the Willamette Valley.
The vineyard itself is beautiful and tucked away in the countryside, offering the perfect escape to enjoy peace, quiet, nature, and incredible wine. I had to seriously limit myself to only buying three bottles to ship back to Texas!
We are so grateful to Collin and his family for welcoming us and giving us such a memorable experience. If you’re visiting Oregon wine country, we highly recommend making a stop here. The wine is outstanding, the setting is beautiful, and the people behind it make the experience truly unforgettable. We will absolutely be back! 🍷❤”

“Very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. There is a menu choice for a flight of 3 sangrias, you get to choose. The background music choice had me singing to most songs. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The presentation of the food was beautiful. The taste of the food and drinks did not disappoint.”

“I have gone a couple times now. My friend and I attended Bingo night and it was so fun! It is a beautiful space and recently enjoyed the covered patio with 2 other moms with our young babies in their strollers and felt very comfortable and relaxed. I really enjoyed the Stoller 2022 Pinot Noir and my friend had the Chehalem Valley Chardonnay. They have a refreshing cocktail menu and I liked the Lavender Lemon Drop. The pork belly BLT was delicious!!! My favorite sandwich right now. They have a veggie sandwich as well that is loaded. Everyone in the group loved the cookies. I highly recommend this spot and looking forward to checking out some of their other event nights.”

“This restaurant has been on my mind since they opened. I drive by this unique establishment 5 days a week on my way to work. I finally ordered pizza to go today, and I wish I had decided to dine in. There is adequate outdoor seating but the indoor space is fabulous! Had I known, rather than call ahead I should have dropped in, ordered a cocktail while waiting for my food to be prepared, enjoying the ambience. The pizza is fabulous! Perfect crust and filling ratio is perfect. Leave room for the fabulous desserts. Looking forward to going back, but this time will dine in.”

“I was so excited when BubbleBear opened, I think it’s such a fantastic addition to Newberg. It’s one of my favorite places to eat. The waffles are so delicious and toppings are top notch and so fresh! Every item I’ve tried has been a massive hit, I’m constantly talking about them and the new waffles I’ve tried to all of my coworkers (and pretty much anyone that will listen!). Boyd Teegarden, the proprietor and wine maker along with Cameron his assistant are a dynamic duo in presenting the wines, answering all your questions but most importantly completing the intimate & meaningful experience not afforded in some of the larger venues. Truly an enchanting experience, not to be missed!”

Our wedding cake was raspberry Pinot noir with white chocolate ganache, and looked and tasted beautiful. All of our guests raved about the cupcakes, and overall became the highlight of the night. We absolutely recommend her cakes and her service and will definitely be reaching out again for our daughters first birthday cake in the spring.”

“If your in Newberg Nara Teriyaki has the best spicey chicken teriyaki for as long as I have gone there since 2008. If you go during lunch call your order in. If the phone is busy, call again. They have a large menu, but I have only ordered there spicey chicken teriyaki with white or brown rice and salad. It worth it. Parking can be scarce. I've parked a couple blocks away at least a dozen times during lunch time.”

“Long Brewing has some of the best quality beers. Made in small batches, they are elegant, classic brews that don't club you over the head with hops or malts. The subtle flavors are very balanced and satisfying. If you appreciate well-made beers, these are beers you can sip and each taste is better than the previous sip.The brewmaster and owner, Paul, is a super nice and smart guy who knows what he is doing.”

“The store was busier than usual for the time and day. The noise mostly came from the work area just behind the counter. As a vegetarian, I dislike going to Starbucks as there are few sandwich options for non-meat meals. However, the pastries are all delicious, and (almost) totally vegetarian.
I got an egg pesto mozzarella sandwich. It's got a good balance of flavor, if a bit greasy. The drink is a pumpkin spice latte. Pumpkin is my favorite flavor here!”

“One of the few restaurants in the Sherwood / Newberg / Dundee area. Restaurant is unassuming bit offers plenty of comfortable seating and attentive service. Food is usually good to very good but can be inconsistent depending on the available cook. One of the few restaurants that sorted it's menu by cooking style (sesame, kung Pao, mu shu, etc) instead of main ingredient (beef, chicken, pork, etc) which simplifies ordering . It's not the very best Chinese restaurant in the greater Portland area, but it is among the best in this area”
