Would highly recommend visiting this tasting room. We last visited in about 2019 and the renovations they made are definitely upscale but comfortable. Likewise, the tasting room manager, Charles, was very knowledgeable about the entire Oregon wine industry and made our tasting here memorable.
Take the Chehalem Mountains Estates Tasting Trail hike! This two-mile loop includes a stroll through both the Cooper Mountain vineyards and Adelsheim next door, with tastings at each.
Charles at Cooper Mountain was fantastic, sharing great insight into the winery’s biodynamic farming and winemaking practices, showing us the vines, and leading a fabulous tasting of unique pinot noirs. The 2023 Pinot Noir Rockslide was a standout.

Just had a wonderful tasting experience at arborbrook. Charles was incredibly knowledgeable, and truly made our experience great. A beautiful view in true wine country, and a lovely winery with lots of cool history.

Arborbrook offers a wonderful tasting experience in a beautiful wine country setting. The view is beautiful and the quiet, picturesque place provides a cool history and a lovely winery atmosphere. Visitors find the service terrific and the wines delicious, with a wide range of flavors from bubbles and whites to red varieties. The quality wine is beyond reasonable prices and many consider the wines underrated with amazing taste and value. The staff are friendly, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable about the area, history and wine. The venue includes a scenic deck in Chehalem Valley, an enclosed seating area up top, a downstairs tasting space with private horse stall tables and an outdoor patio. It is a quiet place to enjoy a bottle of bubbly or an ample tasting with friends and family. New ownership under Cooper Mountain continues the vineyard organic and biodynamic, continues the memorable selection.
