The weather was perfect for us to enjoy tasting wine on the deck in the sunshine and with beautiful views of the winery and surrounding mountains. Our host Joseph was very knowledgeable about each wine presented, and answered all of our questions with ease. To top off the experience, we purchased an additional bottle of wine to enjoy with our picnic lunch in the grove at the winery. We enjoyed so many of the wines that we decided to have some shipped home, which arrived a few days after we returned, in perfect condition. If you are planning a trip to Willamette Valley wine tasting, this is a place that represents superb Oregon wines (12 single vineyards Pinot's, as well as great Sauvignon Blanc and Rose) and should be on everyone's list!“

“This has been a favorite for over 14 years! This small winery has won so many awards since we first started visiting. The delicious wines are mostly grown in the vineyard on property with water wise growing, no pesticides and the owners doing most of the work, wine making included! The tasting room has evolved from a garage to comfortable indoor and outdoor seating areas. The art of all kinds in the tasting room is always a delight to enjoy and purchase! Sandy and Bill make this a friendly and enjoyable experience we always look forward to.“

“We were visiting from Va and meeting a college friend. This is her favorite winery. It’s off the beaten path but IT IS SO WORTH THE TRIP!!! It’s beautiful, wines are great and Nick our server was amazing!!! When we showed up they had no power but no worries! Nick had it under control! We weren’t sure what we wanted and he was very kind in helping us decide with a few tastes before committing to the 100% Cabernet for me and Reserve Pinot for my friend and my husband. Both wines were great!!!!. I also tasted the sparklings. Love the Sparkling Rose and the Blanc de Blanc. Of course we had to have pictures and Nick was very patient. I was thinking about joining and Nick was great to help me pick the plan best for what I liked.
The Owner is an artist and he picks one of his paintings for the labels of the bottles. Beautiful work.

“In town for some wine tasting and drove by this food truck and decided to stop. Wow, great food! Dead serious, probably the best burrito I've ever had and the portion size was huge. Plenty of tables and picnic area to eat outside and had a lovely lunch. Highly recommend.“

“We did a vacation road trip and could only visit a couple of wineries on our way through to Portland. It was also a Tuesday which made it harder to find places that were open. We took a chance and stopped at Rex Hill and we are SO glad we did! The grounds and building are beautiful, the staff were friendly (specifically Zoe) and the wine was wonderful. We relaxed for a couple of hours outside, luxuriating in our tasting and chatting with our host, Gene (who was great). We also had the jamón ibérico board which was excellent. Thanks for making one of our few experiences in the Willamette wine region really memorable!“

“Would highly recommend visiting this tasting room. We last visited in about 2019 and the renovations they made are definitely upscale but comfortable. Likewise, the tasting room manager, Charles, was very knowledgeable about the entire Oregon wine industry and made our tasting here memorable.“

“We are on a girls trip to Willamette Valley and came across this beautiful vineyard on our way home from day trip at the coast. Although it was close to closing time, we decided to at least drive up to check out the gorgeous view. We were met by Kevin who graciously offered a short tour and told us the history of the vineyard and winery. We had time for a quick glass which was generously comped. The Pinot Noir and Rose were delicious. Thankful we found this hidden gem and for their amazing hospitality!!“

“Very great place aesthetically one of my favorites when it comes to seating tons of little hidden gyms to look at, and there’s at least one little out cove some little games for the kiddos if they’re with you when you go represent lunch type stuff on top of coffee atmosphere reminds me a lot of the coffee shop from the TV show friends based on the fact that they’ve got couches kind of like a lot of concrete vibe like something. If you didn’t live in the town, you might miss it cause it’s on a side street. they have a chessboard there played chess numerous times we’re having coffee. They have really good cinnamon rolls there gluten-free cookies and if you want a sandwich it’s gluten-free. I am almost positive. They have gluten-free options, but you might want to check availability because you never know if they’re out or not or if they just don’t have any in the day you go in coffee is good. I recommend trying the cappuccino there. It’s not bad.“

“This restaurant has been on my mind since they opened. I drive by this unique establishment 5 days a week on my way to work. I finally ordered pizza to go today, and I wish I had decided to dine in. There is adequate outdoor seating but the indoor space is fabulous! Had I known, rather than call ahead I should have dropped in, ordered a cocktail while waiting for my food to be prepared, enjoying the ambience. The pizza is fabulous! Perfect crust and filling ratio is perfect. Leave room for the fabulous desserts. Looking forward to going back, but this time will dine in.“
