“Such a great wine tour and tasting! We had Eric as our guide and he was a wealth of knowledge (as well as a great photographer for group shots). They were very accommodating when we ran into some transportation issues too. The winery has such a cool history and amazing views! This is a must do when visiting the area!“

“I love coming down to this little coffee shop, not only are they a block away from where I live but the staff are super friendly and are starting to remember my family and I. They have a large variety of coffees and offer seasonal ones that will peak your interest.“
“We had a wonderful first-time experience at Saffron Fields. Delightful Chardonnay and Rose in a lovely setting. Wonderful music with Rob Rainwater on guitar with Elyse on Fiddle. Delicious Kopitos Food Truck. Wonderful staff stopped by the table to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted. We'll definitely be back.Darlene and Rick Coughlin“
“Superb Oregon winery out past Forest Grove on sylvan hillside. Great views, super-friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious, serious, prize-winning wines with Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir as standouts. The rare, only seasonally available, limited-purchase Pinot Noir derived from French Burgundian Pommard clones (normally released in November) sells out by January or even earlier. Call ahead to book getting any!--Sumptuous! Generous tasting pours with copious charcuterie and hummus plates available serving up to four guests each. Lovely venue well-worth a detour. Check out the tasting terrace with superb mountain and working vineyard views. Go Already!“
“We picked Elk Cove as a winery to stop at on our way to the coast for our honeymoon and are so glad we did. We had a great time here from start to finish. We did a tasting of pinot noirs with Gloria who gave us an awesome experience and a wealth of information about the winery and what we were tasting. We really enjoyed the Pinot Noir Reserve and ended up buying a bottle to take with us. The patio and view overlooking the vineyard just can’t be beat. There is also a fairly large indoor space with ample seating if the weather isn’t cooperating. Note that they appeared to be doing some renovations outside but this in no way affected the experience, view, etc. If you’re looking for a great wine experience in the valley, look no further!“
“We just came for the alien parade and decided to get some snacks so we could use their bathroom and sit outside at the table. We did not expect was that it would be the absolute best donuts we’ve ever had in our life. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and I do not know how they could possibly be gluten free. The maple bar was amazing. The matcha one was filled with what tasted like fresh homemade strawberry jam. If you like donuts, this is worth the drive.“
“Enjoyed the experience here. Very interactive staff and owners who spent time with us, checking in to see if we had questions and sharing excellent home made bread. The charcuterie selection was nice which included two types of hazelnuts, cheese, meet, crackers and chocolates to pair. The wine was very good and we especially liked the Dundee Hills and the Block 9 center cut Pinots. The desert wine finish was a nice touch too.“
“Went to the recent event at the winery, it was great! Good wine, and the staff was marvelous as always. The food was good, enjoyed it. But it was-is not appropriate for wine tasting. I do not understand the current trend of wineries inviting mexican food carts to wine tasting events. The food style tends to mess up ones palete. Beer or soda go great with Mexican food. Or possibly a huge red, but not the refined Pinot Noir and whites of the Willamette Valley.“
“We are so glad we decided to visit Penner Ash for my birthday. We had a private tasting hosted by Jessica who was absolutely amazing! Their selection of Pinot Noirs were diverse and unlike anything we have tasted before. Her enthusiasm for the brand and wine was obvious and made the tasting so much more enjoyable. Also, the view from the patio/ garden is stunning. Be sure to add this to your list of places to visit on your wine journey.“
“This was such a great experience! The property is gorgeous and has a garden/nursery, a gift shop where you can taste their olive oils, and a nature trail if you want to take a stroll. Their tasting room/area offers indoor, outdoor covered, and outdoor lawn seating that overlooks the vineyard. We did the flight of wines and our host was very friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely worth a good part of the day to lounge, walk, and enjoy some wine (and treats: their salted chocolate brownie is super good).“
“Beautiful setting, spectacular wines & approachable prices. Loved meeting Pinot the Black Lab, who is the inspiration for the brand & will be sure to visit again.“
“I enjoy being a member of Knudson Family Vineyards. I call this My Home Vineyard as I live nearby in Newberg. The sommeliers who share their knowledge of the estate and its excellent wines are wonderful. My family and I have been coming here for years. Today I decided my one year old Australian Shepherd, Mirabelle was ready to experience the gracious hospitality. Thanks for everything.“
“Wine was very good. I think what set them apart was their Rose, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were all worth purchasing, and we did. Seems rare for a winery to excel across multiple categories.
My only complaint is the tasting fee is expensive given you need to purchase $70 or $75 worth of product to waive just one tasting. For $35 you’re better off ordering 3-4 glasses at table for your party. The tasting pours are tiny…an ounce or less. Truly, just a taste. Go to catch the view and enjoy a glass of wine…they’re all delicious and worth the price. Don’t waste money on the tasting.“
“Dane is a friendly and knowledgeable wine host! We enjoyed his enthusiasm for Pike Road wines and he just knows wine!! We really enjoyed their Pinot Gris. Perfect for summer dining. The wines at Pike Road are all offered at a reasonable price and even more so when you join their club. We did!“
“Cellar Door Wine Tours took us to Tendril Wine Cellars first on our 3-winery tour and warned us we'd like it best. We truly did. Each wine was delicious. I'm an Oregon pinot noir fan and they make great ones, but also loved their white pinot noir and rose. Tasting manager Andrew was delightful and kept us both informed and laughing! The tasting room is very small, but they also have outside picnic tables for warmer months. Make an appointment and enjoy! I signed up for the wine club as I enjoyed every sip.“
“Stopped by for an impromptu date with my hubby - enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and conversation! Empty when we arrived, but several regulars popped in while we were there. You can tell this is a well-loved local place! Including the latest menu of items on tap along with the food menu from a nearby restaurant that’s provided.“
“I love it here! not only is the vibe relaxed and welcoming. The employees are really keen on giving you suggestions of what to try and have even learned my plate l palate to help me broaden what type I beers I enjoy based on what I've experienced in the past. Becky and Alyssa are really well versed in the differences of the styles and regional flavors. love coming in here for a point or two or even to grab things for home. the varietals are unmatched.“
“Very laid back with old school pricing. Love their whites and Rose. They’re sold out of Sauvignon Blanc. Great deal and atmosphere although just off the highway.“
“First time here and we discovered a literal hidden treasure. The tasting experience was awesome all around. The space is gorgeous with a rustic comfort feel and the staff were fantastic. All five wines we tasted were very very good. We will definitely be returning with friends.“
“I discovered this delightful winery during a stay as a Harvest Host guest. The experience was nothing short of wonderful. The setting was beautiful and quiet, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I enjoyed a tasting outside, and the wines were absolutely delicious. Each sip was a testament to the quality and care that goes into their winemaking process. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Their story is truly lovely, and it added a special touch to my visit. I was so impressed that I joined their wine club, despite already having plenty of wine at home. This place is a real gem--don't miss the chance to experience it for yourself!“
“Wines that are a good mix of displaying typical Oregon pinot fruit, but with enough restraint to let the complexity shine through.“
“Love the simple elegance of the tasting room and the wines are very approachable. Light and crisp with lovely aromatics! Charles’ knowledge of the wines and the surrounding area was more than impressive! His hospitality went above and beyond expectations!“
“Went here for the first time this past week. What a great place. The owner is wonderful to talk to. Obviously knows a lot about beer. They have a great outdoor area with cornhole and nice seating. And of course the beers were great! I look forward to the next seasonal selection.“
“My wife got me a membership to this distillery and we were super happy with the choice. Staff is superb and the whiskey is excellent. Really nice facility with nice seating (indoor and outdoor). Food truck offered up some nice food to enjoy while sipping your whiskey (good whiskey is meant to be savored not used as a shot!). Worth the visit and consider membership if you are a whiskey fan as it is a good value.“
“For a wine tasting venue..it was nice. Today they had live music..was pleasent. The main thing was Terry. I am not a wine drinker.. but I came with a group that was. I politely asked if they had a beer on site..they don't..but Terry hooked me up.. let me into his private stash. So my hat off to him..and the amount of customer care they offer. Well done. Nice little place off the main drag. Cozy.. if you line a wine bar. And you are in Carlton..this is the place!“
“Incredible experience. Had the place to ourselves on a Thursday afternoon. Ray the manager of Craft guided us through the tasting and even gave us some extra wines to try as well. He was charming and gregarious and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If your in North Willamette you need to go to Craft, a definite must stop in Carlton“

“What I chose from the very limited menu selections was good and not too pricey. Wish the menu really had more Mediterranean foods and was more expansive. I've not seen such a limited menu anywhere else here in McMinnville. I suggest you heck the menu and ask about specials before you go.“
“This is a wine tasting station, but that with said Ken Wright has some phenomenal wines to taste. The atmosphere is perfect for tasting and the staff are extremely well knowledgeable about Ken Wright, his vineyards, the wine and processes. Will definitely return here in the future!“
“I’ve been coming to this winery for years! Initially introduced to the place by Tim, the former vineyard manager. The events here are fun, but I wish there were more! They really don’t have many but when they do it’s a good time. Also, I got engaged in the caves! It was a pretty cool! Been a member since Feb. 2024.“
“Finally got to visit DDO for the first time and had a fantastic time. We were served by Ashley who is very knowledgeable about Drouhin’s vast winemaking operations both in Oregon and Burgundy. Her energy and enthusiasm really elevated the whole experience. The patio property was still very cozy even though the weather outside was cloudy and drizzly. Great property, great wine, will definitely be back with friends. Don’t sleep on the RoseRock Chardonnay.“
“I almost never write reviews, but we had such friendly service at Sokol Blosser yesterday I felt compelled to for a change. Our host Daniel was an excellent guide through some beautiful Pacific Northwest wines. We found him very personable, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions and requests. We really enjoyed having the option of choosing between a more sparkling-focused flight of wines for some members of our group that preferred them over reds. That's not to say anything less of the pinots, which were among the tastiest and most complex I've had in my short time in the Willamette Valley. We look forward to returning here!“

“Two dogs is a great addition to downtown McMinville. It has a rich selection of foods from salads, hot sandwiches, sliders, and burgers. It is on the pricey end, but I equate it to a more affordable option than a pelican pub. It has a very impressive selection of locally brewed taps throughout Oregon, that are very very good, selections of beer, hard seltzers and ciders that are sure to impress the palate. A criticism I have is that the burgers tend to be on the greasy side, they are rich in flavor, but all the burgers come with two 1/4 pound Pattie’s, which I would suggest to only have one patty with the option to add an addition for more money. I would recommend this place to more people if they made that change and made there prices reflect that change. The burgers are over the top in grease.“

“Berts chuckwagon is some of the better barbecue we have around here. Trouble is in the northwest we just don’t have a lot of barbecue. I feel like the sides are what really shine. His ribs are good. They do it smoked style but they are pretty tough and dry and that’s what happens when you smoke ribs. Mine are like 10 times better in the oven and so juicy they fall off the bone. He’s a nice guy and the prices are moderate for what they offer portions are pretty generous. I’ve eaten here multiple times when I didn’t feel like cooking. Will probably come back again. But I do prefer to make my own barbecue over berts.“

“So sad...my order today was f probably frozen and it was not drained well. It made the wholeor a Pork Sops, rice and beans along with street corn. In the past I have had some good food. Today was not that! Super runny beans. Not blended but watery. Rice was good. The Sope had old pork and I am so very sad about that. Iteans our community is not supporting this place and they have to reuse older cooked meat. The corn was frozen and not drained well. We are in the middle of corn season. Please make it as a fresh ear and put those lovely ingredients on top.“

“I had the Reuben with chips and it was very good. The chips were homemade and kettle-fried, and I just happened to get a couple of "clumps" of multiple chips that stuck together. The ones the separated were cooked perfectly, but the two "clumps" were underdone in the middle. But I still enjoyed the meal and will go back again!“

“Our barista Tommy was amazing!! I was thinking about ordering a "911" and he suggested an "1822". When I asked him what that was he said it's a "double 911". I took him up on his suggestion and I did not regret it. It was an amazing drink. He measured the ingredients with accuracy, precision, and skill. Kudos to this amazing kid! I'm going to make this Dutch Bros location the only one I visit as long as Tommy is there!“

“Meals were excellent. I suggest a better bread to go with the quality of the meal. Service overall was fine, though one person started to take a bread plate which was still in use and we had to discuss not taking it — finally agreed bread could come off the plate and onto the entree plate. It was a small thing, but interfered slightly with the meal experience. This same waitress did a great job with the dessert. Only one of us wanted one, a serving of ice cream, but she brought two spoons and bowls so we didn't have to ask for that. I also liked the ease of paying via ApplePay right at the table.“

“Baristas and workers taking orders in line were very pleasant. Got myself a caramelizer drink on my birthday, was very tasty. 5 cars deep took about 10 minutes in line but it was a good experience.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of flavors that are lactose free and vegan options.“

“This place is absolutely amazing! We stopped in thinking this would be a nice little stop for food, and were surprised to find that the 1882 Grille has an outdoor seating area on the 3rd floor of the building. The weather was good, so we chose to eat outside and the atmosphere was prefect. Our waiter, Joe, was incredibly friendly and helped us choose meals that we all loved. The fish and chips was cooked to perfection, the salmon club sandwich was amazing and, if you have kids that like mac'n'cheese, the mac'n'cheese was a hit with our daughter (although I think grown up kids would love it, too).
There's a great view from the 3rd floor, so opt to sit outside if the weather is pleasant when you visit. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.“

“This is a really cool eccentric brew pub. The food was really good and we love the atmosphere. I got Korean barbecue chicken wings for a change of pace from buffalo wings. And they were really good. The sauce was just a little bit spicy and it was very flavorful. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Very friendly service. And the Brew wasn't bad either. Completely worth the visit.
Parking: Plenty of spaces in the parking area right next to the restaurant.“
“If you are craving a sandwich, burger, or salad with a refreshing beverage, this is a place for you. We ordered the prime rib on a Saturday night. It was flavorful and moist. Our CC only critique is that we would have liked a little more variety on the menu. The service was excellent at the pub and cellar“

“Great quick stop right off of the freeway. Easy in and out with all recognizable items you would expect from Starbucks. It was a welcome sight to see while driving on the freeway on our way to an early morning softball tournament. We will know it’s there the next time we are traveling on I-5.
Parking: Great parking lot, easy in and easy out. Which is what we always appreciate.“

“WillaKenzie had the widest range of pinots tasting profiles on our visit to the Newburg/Dundee area. We thoroughly enjoyed the $75 elevated experience (highly recommended). The included charcuterie board was high end with a wide variety of high quality food paring options which was a lot of fun. Our hostess was generous, entertaining with great depth of knowledge per pour. This was the last winery of our visit, and turned out to be the best overall pinot experience for us ! “
