“Had their b.l.t. can't improve upon perfection. It was the perfect bite from start to finish. It was one of those days filling others orders, I'm tired, hungry not really wanting to cook. Service was very prompt, I almost had to wait in line, speed of service was an A+. The server 6530 spoke gently to me, and displayed a genuine interest in what I wanted and didn't want on it. The bacon was perfectly prepared, not over or undercooked, and just the ideal crispy. He really had me as a captive audience, as I watched utterly spell bound as it was created. “Enjoyed Oak Knoll very much as a great family place and bring your own picnic. Their wines were very good, loved the Riesling....too easy to drink.... and the white Pinot was good and dry, again easy to drink. Certainly will bring friends here for a relaxed fun atmosphere. They have been making Oregon wine for a long time. We did both Blizzard and Oak Knoll and loved both, even though both very different. Guess that is the beauty of Oregon.“

“We are on a girls trip to Willamette Valley and came across this beautiful vineyard on our way home from day trip at the coast. Although it was close to closing time, we decided to at least drive up to check out the gorgeous view. We were met by Kevin who graciously offered a short tour and told us the history of the vineyard and winery. We had time for a quick glass which was generously comped. The Pinot Noir and Rose were delicious. Thankful we found this hidden gem and for their amazing hospitality!!“

We appreciated being able to be seated together. They do charge a tip/service charge of 18% to use the room. We tried the chicken teriyaki don, katsu don, beef don, and salmon teriyaki don,oyakodon, as well as a salmon avocado roll. Everything was presented nicely and tasty. The dons included a small dish of soy based green beans. The one drawback was the kitchen was a little on the slow side, perhaps due to the time (2pm) we were being served.“

Comida Kin food was flavorful, thoughtfully prepared and the best part is all the local farms they support to prepare their menu. Will be back next time I go this way to the Oregon Coast. The kind lady at the front taking orders answered all of my many questions about what was vegan & did not look annoyed even after several followup questions. While the restaurant has a vegetarian section, it does not label vegan options clearly. But they are more than happy to let you know what is vegan if you ask. Just make sure to specify you are vegan & provide a quick explanation of how vegan is different than vegetarian. They use vegetable oil to cook food. If you also have an issue with MSG like I do, your only option will likely be the tofu plate, which is what I got. It was great & had a lot more flavor than I anticipated. Will absolutely be getting it again in the future! If you are just vegan, here's the options: - tofu plate (pan fried tofu, white rice, & steamed broccoli, carrots, & cabbage) - tofu yakisoba - vegetable yakisoba - hot & spicy tofu - hot & spicy vegetable - tofu fried rice (not on menu, but it is available) - tofu fried rice - steamed vegetables & rice NOTE: the tofu katsu is NOT vegan“

We cooked the regular one first. It was horrible. Almost inedible.

I usually put in a pick-up order while on the max heading to work, so 10-15 minutes before I'll be there, and it's usually ready to go and always hot and fresh!
