“Went today to try out Five Stars Family Burger. They were really busy and there was a long wait. I definitely recommend calling in your order…best burger I’ve ever had!!!“

“Quality ingredients, and super worth if you get their $10 cheeseburger combo before 4pm (comes with truffle fries and a fountain drink). Burgers are cooked to medium by default unless you ask for it to be cooked differently (stated in small print on their menu)

Even without the deal: fair pricing in my opinion, all things considered. I could see some people thinking the burger looks a little small, but I think it's a pretty typical size. It's just a little taller with a smaller circumference, but it gives it a better meat to bread ratio in my opinion. Good size for me but for someone with a larger than average appetite or greater caloric needs, you'd probably want to get the double or get two cheeseburgers.

More thoughts:

Was a first time customer as someone from out of town just passing through. Got the $10 deal. Service was friendly and the staff seem very hardworking.

Burger: Solid burger. Thick juicy patty (1/4 lb) and decent beef quality. Personally would prefer a less shredded lettuce. Cheese coverage could've been better but I think that's just how the slices come (and I might be nitpicking at this point). Can't speak on the pickles since I got my burger without them.
Fries: Great texture. The fry sauce is nice. I think I would actually prefer them without the truffle oil but I can see why other people would like it a lot.

Guessing they don't have tomato as an option. Didn't see it anywhere on the menu but also didn't ask. Would be a nice option to have to be able to add on (if it's not already one).

Came in during a slow hour and was there long enough to observe a bit of a lunch rush. Self service kiosk should maybe be moved a little further to the side from the face to face order taker spot. I think that minor change would improve order taking efficiency and would probably make the line more pleasant. Some customers seemed to have a strong preference for the self service kiosk but it created a slightly awkward line that blocked the face to face ordering.

Bathroom was pretty clean but they did not have seat covers stocked. I appreciated that they did not have air hand dryers (paper towels are way more sanitary anyways).

Overall, solid, charming burger spot. Definitely thoroughly enjoyed my food. Will likely be back if I'm ever in the area again.“

the fact that they can source ingredients locally makes it better.
for fast food, it's much better then mcdonald's, and such.
you can taste that the ingridients are fresher and less processed for fast food.
i can always rely on solid food when coming here.
