I’m so happy to have a reasonably priced Italian food restaurant in McMinnville!! The food was amazing. To good to get pictures before we started eating it. My family and I got the steak bites, cheese bread, mushroom raviolis and a pepperoni pizza. They were all amazing and the service was great as well.
I've tried pizza, pasta and desserts, and all have been excellent. I love the frequent seasonal changes to the menu, too. Highly recommended!
Just tried House of Brassi’s for the first time and OMG it’s good! Had a wood fired pizza and dessert. Fast, well priced, and the people are friendly. Will definitely be back. Delish!

House of Brassi's is a wood-fired food truck offering simply prepared and beautifully presented farm-fresh food. The menu is seasonal and features incredible depth of flavor in every dish. The pizza is delicious with an interesting, flavorful crust, cooked in a wood-fired oven. Other standout items include the burrata salad, which is really fresh, tasty, and a large portion, a great Caesar salad, yummy risotto, and amazing ribs. For pasta, the buccatuni with pork belly is juicy and cohesive. The cheesecake is also loved. The vibe is very chill and local, with a neat little seating area in a quiet, cozy courtyard connected to the Heater Allen Taproom, where you can grab a stein of beer. It has picnic tables and plenty of space for kids. The duo working in the truck are very friendly. It is considered a gem and the best kept secret, with many calling it the best meal they've had. Highly recommend.
