“Our son brought us to Lady Hill for the Sheepdog Classic which we thoroughly enjoyed. We had some delicious red wine and we had some scrumptious pulled pork sandwiches. To top it off we also enjoyed some Rose slushies that were so refreshing and delicious. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable with wonderful friendly staff and management. Thank you Lady Hill for a wonderful day. We really want to attend another Sheepdog competition. We were so impressed by the smart and quick dogs!”

“Lengua torta was good big and filling, which I knew it had lettuce and tomatoes I would have opted out on those. Agua de jamaica was yummy a little in the sweeter side. Pretty spendy I thought, $20 for 4 small agua frescas.😬”

“I was craving ice cream after a week at outdoor school. I decided I needed to see if Newberg had any shops. I walked in and was excited to see the books for sale and all the tables, benches and chairs to sit and relax. They also have a place to buy coffee. I will definitely be back!!!”

“I was so excited when BubbleBear opened, I think it’s such a fantastic addition to Newberg. It’s one of my favorite places to eat. The waffles are so delicious and toppings are top notch and so fresh! Every item I’ve tried has been a massive hit, I’m constantly talking about them and the new waffles I’ve tried to all of my coworkers (and pretty much anyone that will listen!). I love boba as well and every drink from BubbleBear is perfect through and through. 100000/10 recommend!!!”

“Whoah! Best Al Pastor taco I’ve ever had! SO much flavor, how did they do that! I got the 2 taco plate. 1 Al Pastor and 1 chicken taco, both were amazing but I’ve never tasted the flavors that deep in Al Pastor meat, SO GOOD!! And the salsas they gave me, delicious! I wanted to walk back and tell them in person how delicious everything was but they JUST closed up shop here at the Woodburn outlets. Thank you ladies! We will definitely be back 👏🏼”

“Gusto is this hidden gem in Newberg that I just want to tell everyone about! The staff here are incredibly friendly and the food here is always always *chef's kiss*. All of their food is made in house...breads, pastas, gelato etc - they even have the flours for sale! If you are looking for casual Italian food, this place will not disappoint - every dollar spent here is worth it!

“Best soft serve ice cream I've ever had and now I'm finding out that it's dairy free? Mind blown! I had to stay in the car with our pup so hubby brought it out. The waffle cone was also the best. So fresh and delicious. I normally don't care for waffle cones but I ate the whole darn thing. We want to come back to do their dinner on Saturday night.”

While the wines were excellent as was the setting, what really made it an experience to remember was the hospitality we received from Alice. We have done our fair share of winery tastings over the years and the ones that end up being memorable are the ones where the hospitality is on par with, if not exceeds, the wine itself.
